【摘要】：近年來,隨著信息化的高速發(fā)展,信息系統(tǒng)建設(shè)迅速擴(kuò)大到各行各業(yè),隨著大范圍的普及和應(yīng)用,各種信息化系統(tǒng)建設(shè)項(xiàng)目相繼實(shí)施,然而,信息系統(tǒng)建設(shè)項(xiàng)目的質(zhì)量問題及故障問題也層出不窮,給項(xiàng)目相關(guān)方帶來了大量不可挽回的損失。同時(shí),嚴(yán)重影響了社會投資質(zhì)量、企業(yè)運(yùn)營效率等。項(xiàng)目質(zhì)量是項(xiàng)目建設(shè)的核心,是決定項(xiàng)目實(shí)施成敗的關(guān)鍵,是實(shí)現(xiàn)項(xiàng)目質(zhì)量、投資、進(jìn)度目標(biāo)的重點(diǎn)。本論文從四川省PX農(nóng)莊信息系統(tǒng)建設(shè)項(xiàng)目質(zhì)量管理中存在的問題出發(fā),應(yīng)用現(xiàn)代項(xiàng)目管理理論,從項(xiàng)目質(zhì)量管理方面,對四川省PX農(nóng)莊信息系統(tǒng)建設(shè)項(xiàng)目質(zhì)量管理體系進(jìn)行了研究和改進(jìn),并對項(xiàng)目的質(zhì)量管理過程進(jìn)行了改進(jìn)。針對項(xiàng)目質(zhì)量管理方面存在的問題,在信息系統(tǒng)建設(shè)項(xiàng)目管理的組織結(jié)構(gòu)、質(zhì)量計(jì)劃、質(zhì)量保證、質(zhì)量控制等方面,提出相應(yīng)的改進(jìn)措施。結(jié)合項(xiàng)目的具體情況,從需求管理、配置管理、測試管理等方面對質(zhì)量管理活動進(jìn)行分析。本文的研究有助于四川省PX農(nóng)莊信息系統(tǒng)建設(shè)項(xiàng)目實(shí)施質(zhì)量的提高。與此同時(shí),也會給另外別的企業(yè)在質(zhì)量管理方面提供一定的經(jīng)驗(yàn),使他們更進(jìn)一步的完善自己,使各項(xiàng)目的負(fù)責(zé)人能夠盡自己的一份力,同時(shí)使企業(yè)能更進(jìn)一步的發(fā)展。應(yīng)該根據(jù)企業(yè)發(fā)展過程中出現(xiàn)的問題,找到針對企業(yè)自己的解決辦法,來應(yīng)對這些負(fù)面情況。在中國,雖然企業(yè)的項(xiàng)目管理水平遠(yuǎn)超從前,但是信息系統(tǒng)建設(shè)總會出現(xiàn)一些問題,我們應(yīng)該進(jìn)一步提升其發(fā)展?jié)摿ΑＭ瑫r(shí),面對我國日益蓬勃的經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展,更需要提升信息系統(tǒng)建設(shè)項(xiàng)目方的質(zhì)量管理水平。通過對本項(xiàng)目的實(shí)際探究,有助于完善我國質(zhì)量工程的管理水平,使之更加的科學(xué)合理先進(jìn),進(jìn)而推動我國信息系統(tǒng)建設(shè)的更快發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:In recent years, with the rapid development of information technology, the construction of information system has been rapidly expanded to various industries. With the popularization and application of a wide range, various information system construction projects have been implemented one after another, however, The quality and fault problems of the information system construction project also emerge in endlessly, which brings a lot of irreparable losses to the relevant parties of the project. At the same time, seriously affect the quality of social investment, business operation efficiency and so on. Project quality is the core of project construction, the key to the success or failure of project implementation, and the key to achieve project quality, investment and progress goals. Based on the problems existing in the construction project quality management of Sichuan PX Farm Information system, this paper applies the modern project management theory to the aspect of project quality management. The quality management system of PX farm information system construction project in Sichuan province is studied and improved, and the quality management process of the project is improved. In view of the problems existing in project quality management, the corresponding improvement measures are put forward in the aspects of organization structure, quality plan, quality assurance and quality control of information system construction project management. Analyze the quality management activities from the aspects of requirement management, configuration management, test management and so on. The research in this paper is helpful to improve the quality of PX farm information system construction project in Sichuan province. At the same time, other enterprises will also provide some experience in quality management, so that they can further improve themselves, so that the person in charge of each project can do their part, at the same time, the enterprise can further develop. Solutions should be found to deal with these negative situations according to the problems in the process of enterprise development. In China, although the enterprise project management level is far higher than before, but there are always some problems in the construction of information system, we should further enhance its development potential. At the same time, in the face of the booming economic development in China, it is necessary to improve the quality management level of the information system construction project. Through the actual exploration of this project, it is helpful to perfect the management level of our country's quality engineering, make it more scientific, reasonable and advanced, and then promote the construction of information system in our country to develop more quickly.
