【摘要】：家庭聯(lián)產(chǎn)承包責(zé)任制是我國農(nóng)村重要經(jīng)濟(jì)制度,在解放農(nóng)村生產(chǎn)力,推動(dòng)農(nóng)村經(jīng)濟(jì)社會(huì)發(fā)展方面起到了巨大作用,但也讓農(nóng)村生產(chǎn)經(jīng)營陷入了“散、小、弱”的被動(dòng)局面,尤其是我國加入WTO以后,我國農(nóng)業(yè)的國際競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力明顯處于弱勢(shì)地位。而新型農(nóng)民合作經(jīng)濟(jì)組織正是破解我國農(nóng)業(yè)發(fā)展瓶頸的有效途徑之一。經(jīng)過實(shí)踐證明,新型農(nóng)民合作經(jīng)濟(jì)組織在提高農(nóng)民組織化程度、推進(jìn)農(nóng)業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)化經(jīng)營、加快城鄉(xiāng)協(xié)調(diào)發(fā)展等方面都起到了巨大推動(dòng)作用,可以有效增加農(nóng)民收入,增強(qiáng)農(nóng)產(chǎn)品市場(chǎng)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力,切實(shí)維護(hù)農(nóng)民合作權(quán)益,是市場(chǎng)經(jīng)濟(jì)下農(nóng)業(yè)發(fā)展的必由之路。而河南作為全國農(nóng)業(yè)大省,在理論創(chuàng)新和實(shí)踐創(chuàng)新方面都具有先天優(yōu)勢(shì),河南新型農(nóng)民合作經(jīng)濟(jì)組織的發(fā)展壯大,對(duì)河南實(shí)現(xiàn)農(nóng)業(yè)現(xiàn)代化,實(shí)現(xiàn)中原崛起意義重大,對(duì)全國農(nóng)民合作經(jīng)濟(jì)組織的發(fā)展也具有示范帶動(dòng)作用。
[Abstract]:The household contract responsibility system is an important economic system in rural areas of our country. It has played a great role in liberating the rural productive forces and promoting the development of rural economy and society, but it has also made the rural production and management fall into the passive situation of "scattered, small and weak". Especially after China's entry into WTO, the international competitiveness of China's agriculture is obviously in a weak position. The new peasant cooperative economic organization is one of the effective ways to solve the bottleneck of agricultural development in China. It has been proved by practice that the new peasant cooperative economic organizations have played a huge role in improving the farmers' degree of organization, promoting the industrialization of agriculture and accelerating the coordinated development of urban and rural areas, which can effectively increase farmers' income. Strengthening the market competitiveness of agricultural products and safeguarding farmers' cooperative rights and interests are the only way to agricultural development under market economy. Henan, as a big agricultural province in China, has innate advantages in both theoretical and practical innovation. The development and expansion of Henan's new peasant cooperative economic organization is of great significance for Henan to realize agricultural modernization and realize the rise of Central Plains. To the national farmer cooperative economic organization's development also has the demonstration impetus function.
