【摘要】：近年來,在縣域工業(yè)化進(jìn)程加速和農(nóng)村年輕勞動(dòng)力的逐步轉(zhuǎn)出的雙重壓力下,農(nóng)村的人力資本空間漸漸萎縮。這對(duì)社會(huì)發(fā)展,特別是山區(qū)丘陵地帶的農(nóng)業(yè)社會(huì)發(fā)展的沖擊更為明顯。鄉(xiāng)村生態(tài)農(nóng)業(yè)推進(jìn)需要一個(gè)綜合性的體系支撐,具體體現(xiàn)在鄉(xiāng)村綜合治理體系中,就是推進(jìn)美麗鄉(xiāng)村建設(shè),轉(zhuǎn)變農(nóng)村生產(chǎn)生活方式,在面上有序推進(jìn)生態(tài)農(nóng)業(yè)健康發(fā)展。本研究通過對(duì)縣域經(jīng)濟(jì)內(nèi)種養(yǎng)殖戶、產(chǎn)業(yè)化企業(yè)對(duì)生態(tài)農(nóng)業(yè)發(fā)展選擇模式的分析,來尋求在綜合治理體系中的生態(tài)農(nóng)業(yè)推行過程中落腳點(diǎn)和工作基礎(chǔ)。并以當(dāng)?shù)丶爸苓叺貐^(qū)的幾個(gè)具體案例為出發(fā)點(diǎn),通過對(duì)生態(tài)農(nóng)業(yè)發(fā)展的現(xiàn)實(shí)狀況進(jìn)行深入剖析。并同西方的現(xiàn)代農(nóng)業(yè)進(jìn)行橫向?qū)Ρ?以此來判斷研究區(qū)域鄉(xiāng)村生態(tài)農(nóng)業(yè)的幾個(gè)構(gòu)成要素對(duì)現(xiàn)代農(nóng)業(yè)可持續(xù)發(fā)展的影響力,從中尋求發(fā)展鄉(xiāng)村這一層次的生態(tài)農(nóng)業(yè)構(gòu)建體系的關(guān)鍵性制約要素,并找到解決影響鄉(xiāng)村生態(tài)農(nóng)業(yè)發(fā)展問題的對(duì)策。
[Abstract]:In recent years, under the double pressure of accelerating the process of county industrialization and the gradual transfer of rural young labor force, the space of rural human capital gradually shrinks. This impact on social development, especially in the hilly areas of the agricultural social development is more obvious. The promotion of rural ecological agriculture needs a comprehensive system support, which is embodied in the comprehensive rural governance system, that is, to promote the construction of beautiful villages, to change the rural production and life style, and to promote the healthy development of ecological agriculture in an orderly manner. Based on the analysis of the selection mode of ecological agriculture development in the county economy farmers and industrialization enterprises, this study seeks the foothold and working basis in the process of implementing ecological agriculture in the comprehensive management system. Taking several concrete cases of local and surrounding areas as the starting point, this paper makes a thorough analysis of the actual situation of ecological agriculture development. And compared with the western modern agriculture horizontally, in order to judge the influence of several components of the regional rural ecological agriculture on the sustainable development of modern agriculture, In this paper, the key restricting factors of the construction system of rural eco-agriculture are sought, and the countermeasures to solve the problems affecting the development of rural eco-agriculture are found.
