【摘要】：土地是人類生產(chǎn)生活的物質(zhì)基礎(chǔ)和空間載體,土地的承載狀態(tài)評價反映了土地資源與經(jīng)濟、社會活動的匹配程度,是國土空間規(guī)劃和管理的重要依據(jù)。GIS因其強大的建模功能、空間分析能力和制圖效果,可應(yīng)用于資源環(huán)境承載力的相關(guān)評價。文章以2015年中國統(tǒng)計年鑒數(shù)據(jù)為基礎(chǔ),運用GIS建立以耕地、建設(shè)用地和生態(tài)用地為主要因子的土地承載強度評價指標(biāo)體系,分析評價了中國31個省(市)土地承載狀態(tài)。結(jié)果表明,中國土地承載力與耕地承載強度、建設(shè)用地承載強度、生態(tài)用地承載強度密切相關(guān),土地承載狀態(tài)受區(qū)域地形地貌、經(jīng)濟社會發(fā)展水平影響顯著。經(jīng)濟發(fā)達、人口密集區(qū)土地超載,天津市土地嚴(yán)重超載,北京市、上海市和江蘇省土地承載狀態(tài)為超載;西北、華北、中南和東南沿海省份土地臨界超載;東北地區(qū)、內(nèi)蒙古和云南省土地承載狀態(tài)為盈余。
[Abstract]:Land is the material basis and space carrier of human production and life. The evaluation of land bearing state reflects the matching degree of land resources with economic and social activities. It is an important basis for land and spatial planning and management. Spatial analysis ability and mapping effect can be used to evaluate the carrying capacity of resources and environment. Based on the data of China Statistical Yearbook in 2015, the paper establishes an evaluation index system of land bearing strength with cultivated land, construction land and ecological land as the main factors by using GIS, and analyzes and evaluates the land bearing status of 31 provinces (cities) in China. The results show that the bearing capacity of land in China is closely related to the bearing strength of cultivated land, construction land and ecological land, and the land bearing status is significantly affected by the regional topography and geomorphology, and the level of economic and social development. Developed economy, overloading of land in densely populated areas, serious overloading of land in Tianjin, overloading in Beijing, Shanghai and Jiangsu Province; critical overloading in Northwest, North, Central and Southeast Coastal provinces; Northeast, Inner Mongolia and Yunnan Province land bearing state for surplus.
