【摘要】：隨著碳匯造林再造林項(xiàng)目的廣泛開(kāi)展,有關(guān)森林碳匯與反貧困問(wèn)題已成為近年來(lái)國(guó)內(nèi)外森林碳匯研究普遍關(guān)注的議題。本文在回顧森林碳匯扶貧提出背景及其演進(jìn)歷程的基礎(chǔ)上,對(duì)扶貧視域下的森林碳匯研究進(jìn)展進(jìn)行了梳理,認(rèn)為貧困人口受益和發(fā)展機(jī)會(huì)創(chuàng)造、森林碳增匯與扶貧的權(quán)衡關(guān)系是發(fā)掘森林碳匯減貧潛力、深入開(kāi)展森林碳匯扶貧研究的基本科學(xué)問(wèn)題。
[Abstract]:With the extensive development of reforestation and reforestation projects, the problem of forest carbon sequestration and anti poverty has become a popular topic of concern in the forest carbon sequestration at home and abroad in recent years. On the basis of reviewing the background and evolution process of forest carbon sequestration, this paper combs the progress of forest carbon sequestration research under the view of poverty alleviation, and thinks that poverty is poor. The trade-off relationship between forest carbon sequestration and poverty alleviation is to explore the potential of forest carbon sequestration to reduce poverty, and to carry out the basic scientific problems of forest carbon sequestration research.
