基于GIS的宣漢縣高標準農(nóng)田建設(shè)研究

【摘要】:隨著糧食安全問題的日益突出,和農(nóng)業(yè)現(xiàn)代化進程的快速推進,國家對耕地的質(zhì)量和數(shù)量愈發(fā)重視,不論是以往的土地整理還是現(xiàn)在的高標準農(nóng)田建設(shè),均對我國糧食安全和農(nóng)業(yè)生產(chǎn)條件現(xiàn)代化的改善有著重要意義;目前國內(nèi)對于高標準農(nóng)田建設(shè)的研究主要是多以研究具體建設(shè)方式為主,而對于GIS在高標準農(nóng)田建設(shè)選址及時空布局上的研究相對較少,本文主要以GIS技術(shù)為手段,對宣漢縣高標準農(nóng)田建設(shè)選址、空間分布、建設(shè)時序及建設(shè)模式進行研究,研究結(jié)果有助于研究區(qū)主管高標準農(nóng)田建設(shè)的部門能準確、直觀的知曉本研究區(qū)適宜建設(shè)高標準農(nóng)田的區(qū)域和本地區(qū)高標準農(nóng)田的建設(shè)模式,同時也為類似于宣漢地形地區(qū)即丘陵山地地區(qū)的以GIS為主要手段的高標準農(nóng)田建設(shè)提供了參考,所以具有很高的實用性價值和理論價值。本文首先從高標準農(nóng)田的內(nèi)涵出發(fā),結(jié)合宣漢縣實際情況,選取出土壤條件、地形條件、氣候條件、基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施條件等自然質(zhì)量評價因子,以GIS技術(shù)為主要工具,借助其強大的空間分析能力,以柵格運算和空間插值為計算方法對宣漢縣高標準農(nóng)田建設(shè)選址進行了模型的構(gòu)建,同時從發(fā)展的眼光,以多規(guī)合一為主要手法,篩選出綜合區(qū)位條件和政府決策兩個外部修正因子,將選址模型進行修正得到最終的宣漢縣高標準農(nóng)田選址的空間布局;然后將GIS分析出來的高標準農(nóng)田空間布局按得分高低,同時結(jié)合農(nóng)業(yè)、國土等相關(guān)部門十三五規(guī)劃及相關(guān)規(guī)劃,以多規(guī)合一的角度考慮,得出研究區(qū)域的高標準農(nóng)田建設(shè)時序;最后將高標準農(nóng)田建設(shè)選址模型運用SPSS軟件對障礙因子進行分析,其中主要運用了層次聚類法,通過分析得出的最大可改造的障礙因子,即得出宣漢縣各區(qū)域高標準農(nóng)田建設(shè)的模式。通過研究得出以下結(jié)果:(1)宣漢除去在“十二五”時期已建成的高標準農(nóng)田區(qū)域,“十三五”期間高標準農(nóng)田建設(shè)區(qū)域重點分布在七里鄉(xiāng)、天生鎮(zhèn)、柏樹鎮(zhèn)、渡口鄉(xiāng)、樊噲鎮(zhèn)、漆樹鄉(xiāng)、廠溪鄉(xiāng)、華景鎮(zhèn)、南壩鎮(zhèn)、雙河鎮(zhèn)、柳池鄉(xiāng)、清溪鎮(zhèn)、芭蕉鎮(zhèn)、下八鄉(xiāng)、白馬鄉(xiāng)等鄉(xiāng)鎮(zhèn),總規(guī)模約為24000hm2;(2)近期高標準農(nóng)田建設(shè)主要分布在:巴山大峽谷景區(qū)、縣域南部及縣域中西部,總面積為10251.1hm2,占高標準農(nóng)田建設(shè)規(guī)模的42.54%。中期建設(shè)主要分布在“三河、一路”沿線,即前河、中河、后河、國道210沿線,總面積為7439.57hm2,占高標準農(nóng)田建設(shè)規(guī)模的30.87%。后期安排:主要是剩余的高標準農(nóng)田區(qū)域,該區(qū)域主要包括的鄉(xiāng)鎮(zhèn)有:峰城鎮(zhèn)、廠溪鎮(zhèn)、塔河鄉(xiāng)、柳池鄉(xiāng)、紅嶺鄉(xiāng)、明月鄉(xiāng)、涼風(fēng)鄉(xiāng)、新華鎮(zhèn)、石鐵鄉(xiāng)等鄉(xiāng)鎮(zhèn)區(qū)域?偯娣e為6405.12hm2,占高標準農(nóng)田建設(shè)規(guī)模的26.58%。(3)建設(shè)模式主要有:坡度整治工程型、生態(tài)改善工程型和基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施完善工程型。基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施完善工程型包括柏樹鎮(zhèn)、七里鄉(xiāng)、天生鎮(zhèn)東部,以及前河與后河所流經(jīng)的柳池鄉(xiāng)、清溪鎮(zhèn)、三河鄉(xiāng)、黃石鄉(xiāng)、下八鄉(xiāng)等,面積為14187.19hm2,占已確定進行高標準農(nóng)田建設(shè)區(qū)域面積的38.44%;坡度整治工程類型主要分布在宣漢縣中部和西部,主要包括西部的慶云鄉(xiāng)、隘口鄉(xiāng)和馬渡鄉(xiāng),中部的廠溪鄉(xiāng)、黃金鎮(zhèn)、南坪鄉(xiāng)、白馬鄉(xiāng)、觀山鄉(xiāng)、峰城鎮(zhèn)桃花香,東部區(qū)域的茶河鄉(xiāng)、塔河鄉(xiāng),以及州河流域的明月鄉(xiāng)、紅嶺鄉(xiāng)、君瑭鎮(zhèn)東林鄉(xiāng)、廟安鄉(xiāng)、天寶鄉(xiāng)和天生鎮(zhèn)西部,面積為12077.88hm2,占高標準農(nóng)田布局區(qū)域面積的32.73%;農(nóng)田生態(tài)改善工程類型主要分布在宣漢縣西部的花池鄉(xiāng)、胡家鎮(zhèn)、普光鎮(zhèn)、土主鄉(xiāng)、雙河鎮(zhèn)、大成鎮(zhèn);東南部的芭蕉鎮(zhèn)、涼風(fēng)鄉(xiāng)、上峽鄉(xiāng),以及前河流域的天臺鄉(xiāng)、五寶鎮(zhèn)、華景鎮(zhèn)、土黃鎮(zhèn)樊噲鎮(zhèn),面積為10641.20hm2,占高標準農(nóng)田布局區(qū)域面積的28.83%。
[Abstract]:With the increasing prominence of the problem of grain security and the rapid advancement of the process of agricultural modernization, the state has paid more attention to the quality and quantity of cultivated land. Whether it is the former land consolidation or the present high standard farmland construction, it is of great significance to the improvement of the grain safety and the modernization of the agricultural production conditions in China. The research on the construction of quasi farmland is mainly based on the study of concrete construction methods, and the research on the location of the high standard farmland construction and the spatial and temporal layout of GIS is relatively few. This paper mainly studies the site selection, spatial distribution, time series and construction mode of high standard farmland construction in Xuanhan county with GIS technology as a means. The Department in charge of high standard farmland construction in the research area can accurately and intuitively know the construction mode of high standard farmland suitable for building high standard farmland in this research area, and also provides reference for the construction of high standard farmland, which is similar to the terrain of Xuanhan, that is, hilly and hilly areas, with GIS as the main means. It is of high practical value and theoretical value. First of all, starting from the connotation of high standard farmland and combining the actual situation of Xuanhan County, the natural quality evaluation factors such as soil conditions, terrain conditions, climate conditions and infrastructure conditions are taken out, and the GIS technology is the main tool, with the aid of its powerful spatial analysis ability, the grid operation and space are used. The method of interpolation is used to construct the model of high standard farmland construction site selection in Xuanhan county. At the same time, from the perspective of development, the comprehensive location conditions and two external correction factors of government decision are selected, and the location model is modified to get the final spatial layout of the high standard farmland location in Xuanhan county. Then, the high standard farmland spatial layout analyzed by GIS is based on the high and low score. At the same time, combined with the planning and related planning of agriculture, land and other related departments in 13th Five-Year and related planning, the high standard farmland construction time sequence is obtained in the study area. Finally, the high standard farmland construction location model is applied to the obstacle factors by the SPSS software. In line analysis, it mainly uses the hierarchical clustering method, through the analysis of the greatest possible obstacle factors, that is, the model of high standard farmland construction in various regions of Xuanhan county. Through the study, the following results are obtained: (1) Xuanhan has removed the high standard farmland area built in the "12th Five-Year" period, and the high standard farmland during the "13th Five-Year" period. The construction area is mainly distributed in seven Li Township, natural Town, cypress, ferry Township, lacquer Town, lacquer Town, Changxi Township, Hua Jing Town, Nanba Town, Shuanghe Town, Liu Chi Township, Qingxi Town, Baima Town, the next eight townships, Baima Township and other towns, with a total scale of about 24000hm2; (2) the recent high standard farmland construction is mainly distributed in the Bashan Grand Canyon Scenic Area, county south and county of the county and county area. The central and western areas, with a total area of 10251.1hm2, are mainly distributed along the "three rivers, one road" in the middle period of the high standard farmland construction, that is, the front River, the middle river, the back River and the National Road along the 210 line, with a total area of 7439.57hm2, which accounts for the late 30.87%. arrangement of the high standard farmland construction scale: mainly the remaining high standard farmland areas, the main area of the area, the region is mainly the region.
