牛肉質(zhì)量安全溯源多邊平臺的研究與實現(xiàn)

【摘要】:隨著人民生活水平的提高,人們對食品質(zhì)量安全的關(guān)注度越來越高,對健康安全的食品需求也越來越高。但是目前國內(nèi)的各種食品安全問題頻發(fā),從英國的“瘋牛病”事件,到后來歐盟四國的“二VA英”污染事件,牛肉的質(zhì)量安全越發(fā)的受到世界各國的關(guān)注。美國、歐盟等均出臺了相關(guān)的法律法規(guī),對牛肉產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量安全溯源進行了強制性要求。我國已經(jīng)在農(nóng)產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量安全溯源方面進行了許多有益的探索,并開發(fā)了諸多管理平臺,但是仍然存在著供求雙方信息不對稱,交易成本與風(fēng)險過高,產(chǎn)品流通不暢,監(jiān)管機構(gòu)等其他方不能有效參與等許多關(guān)鍵問題。本文從多邊平臺理論的視角,在分析了多邊平臺理論的重要特征的基礎(chǔ)上,結(jié)合農(nóng)產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量安全溯源的特點,探討農(nóng)產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量安全溯源多邊平臺的構(gòu)建方法,特別是設(shè)計了多參與方參與的路徑,并分析其特征。這對實現(xiàn)農(nóng)產(chǎn)品溯源信息對稱共享,降低交易成本與風(fēng)險,實現(xiàn)產(chǎn)品流通渠道通暢,具有重要的現(xiàn)實意義。結(jié)合牛肉質(zhì)量安全溯源過程涉及到的養(yǎng)殖,屠宰加工和銷售等多個環(huán)節(jié),篩選出溯源的關(guān)鍵信息,運用EAN?UCC編碼規(guī)則生成溯源碼。然后進行了系統(tǒng)的詳細(xì)設(shè)計,包括功能模塊的具體實現(xiàn)功能,系統(tǒng)的數(shù)據(jù)流向,建立關(guān)系型數(shù)據(jù)庫,畫出實體聯(lián)系圖(ER圖),設(shè)計了數(shù)據(jù)表。并采用了ASP.NET、AJAX、RFID等技術(shù),應(yīng)用了B/S架構(gòu),C#語言,開發(fā)了牛肉質(zhì)量安全溯源多邊平臺。該多邊平臺以牛肉質(zhì)量安全溯源為中心,為平臺的參與方:牛肉的供應(yīng)商,中間商,消費者,監(jiān)管方等提供了參與平臺互動的接口,實現(xiàn)了平臺多方參與的功能,并對系統(tǒng)的各個流程進行了實例展示。
[Abstract]:With the improvement of people's living standard, people pay more and more attention to food quality and safety, and the demand for healthy and safe food is higher and higher. However, at present, various kinds of food safety problems occur frequently in China, from the "mad cow disease" incident in Britain to the "2 VA" pollution incident in the four EU countries, the quality and safety of beef have been paid more and more attention by the countries all over the world. The United States, the European Union and other relevant laws and regulations, the quality and safety of beef products traceability mandatory requirements. Our country has carried on many beneficial explorations and developed many management platforms in the aspect of traceability of agricultural products quality and safety. However, there are still asymmetric information between supply and demand, too high transaction cost and risk, and poor circulation of products. There are many key issues, such as the inability of other parties, such as regulators, to participate effectively. Based on the analysis of the important characteristics of multilateral platform theory and the characteristics of traceability of agricultural product quality and safety, this paper discusses the construction method of multilateral platform for agricultural product quality safety traceability from the perspective of multilateral platform theory. In particular, the path of multi-party participation is designed and its characteristics are analyzed. It is of great practical significance to realize the symmetrical sharing of agricultural product traceability information, reduce transaction cost and risk, and realize the smooth circulation of products. The key information of traceability was screened by combining the breeding, slaughtering process and sales of beef quality and safety traceability, and the traceability code was generated by EAN?UCC coding rule. Then the detailed design of the system is carried out, including the realization of the function module, the direction of the data flow of the system, the establishment of the relational database, the drawing of the entity relation diagram and ER diagram, and the design of the data table. With ASP. Net Ajax RFID technology and C # language of B / S architecture, the multilateral platform of beef quality and safety traceability is developed. The multilateral platform takes beef quality and safety traceability as the center for the participants: beef suppliers, middlemen, consumers, regulators and so on to provide an interface to participate in the platform interaction, and achieve the platform multi-party participation function. And the system each flow carries on the example display.
