【摘要】：我國是一個(gè)以農(nóng)業(yè)為主的國家,農(nóng)村、農(nóng)業(yè)、農(nóng)民問題是當(dāng)前制約我國經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展、建設(shè)和諧社會(huì)的首要問題。農(nóng)村專業(yè)合作社是一種全新的農(nóng)業(yè)合作經(jīng)濟(jì)組織,可以有效地提高我國基層社會(huì)發(fā)展,帶領(lǐng)農(nóng)民實(shí)現(xiàn)現(xiàn)代化新農(nóng)村建設(shè)。吉林省松原市地處松嫩平原,具有良好的農(nóng)業(yè)生產(chǎn)條件,從近幾年來看,松原市農(nóng)村專業(yè)合作社蓬勃發(fā)展,截止到2014年年末,松原市農(nóng)村專業(yè)合作社高達(dá)2884個(gè),比去年增長(zhǎng)12.9%,加入合作社的社員數(shù)達(dá)到6.6萬戶,占總農(nóng)戶的12.6%。當(dāng)前松原市農(nóng)村專業(yè)合作社已基本上形成了企業(yè)、市場(chǎng)、農(nóng)戶相連的模式,已大體上建成科技引導(dǎo)、特色發(fā)展、服務(wù)大眾的格局,松原市專業(yè)合作社朝著健康穩(wěn)定的方向發(fā)展。根據(jù)相關(guān)理論調(diào)查研究,本文一共分為五個(gè)部分進(jìn)行闡述,第一章是緒論,首先闡明研究的背景、概況及意義,再對(duì)國內(nèi)外的研究成果進(jìn)行評(píng)述,確定研究思路、目的、內(nèi)容并設(shè)計(jì)研究技術(shù)路線;第二章首先對(duì)松原市合作社的發(fā)展歷程進(jìn)行總結(jié),將合作社的發(fā)展分為早期發(fā)展階段、起步階段、全面加速和推進(jìn)階段,再對(duì)當(dāng)前專業(yè)合作社存在的主要模式類型進(jìn)行整理,找出分析各種發(fā)展模式的劃分方式,最后歸納出適合松原市專業(yè)合作社模式的分類方法,提出按合作社產(chǎn)生的根源,將松原市農(nóng)村專業(yè)合作社分為:政府領(lǐng)辦型、村中大戶或能人引導(dǎo)型、技術(shù)型及龍頭企業(yè)組織型這四種合作社模式類型;第三章為松原市專業(yè)合作社案例分析,通過對(duì)松原市專業(yè)合作社的調(diào)查,找出符合政府領(lǐng)辦型、村中大戶或能人引導(dǎo)型、技術(shù)型及龍頭企業(yè)組織型這四種合作社模式類型的合作社,闡述這四種合作社創(chuàng)建情況、運(yùn)行情況以及未來發(fā)展面臨的挑戰(zhàn),并通過具體案例分及調(diào)查問卷分析這四種模式類型,找出適合松原市合作社發(fā)展的規(guī)律;第四章總結(jié)了當(dāng)前松原市專業(yè)合作社存在的問題,并分析問題產(chǎn)生的原因;第五章是根據(jù)具體問題提出相應(yīng)的對(duì)策,對(duì)未來松原市專業(yè)合作社指明前進(jìn)的道路與發(fā)展的方向。
[Abstract]:China is an agriculture-oriented country. The problems of countryside, agriculture and farmers are the most important problems that restrict the development of our economy and build a harmonious society. The rural specialized cooperative is a kind of brand-new agricultural cooperative economic organization, which can effectively improve the basic level social development of our country and lead the peasants to realize the construction of modern new countryside. Songyuan City of Jilin Province is located in Songnen Plain and has good conditions for agricultural production. In recent years, professional cooperatives in rural areas in Songyuan City have flourished. By the end of 2014, the number of specialized cooperatives in rural areas in Songyuan City had reached 2,884. The number of members joining the cooperative reached 66000, accounting for 12.6% of the total farmers. At present, the rural specialized cooperatives in Songyuan City have basically formed a pattern of enterprises, markets and farmers connecting with each other. The pattern of scientific and technological guidance, characteristic development and serving the public has been built, and the professional cooperatives in Songyuan City are developing in the direction of health and stability. According to the relevant theoretical investigation and research, this paper is divided into five parts. The first chapter is the introduction. First, it clarifies the background, general situation and significance of the research, and then comments on the research results at home and abroad, determines the research ideas and purposes. The second chapter summarizes the development course of Songyuan co-operatives, divides the development of cooperatives into the early development stage, the initial stage, the overall acceleration and promotion stage. Then the main mode types of the current specialized cooperatives are sorted out, and the classification methods suitable for the professional cooperative mode in Songyuan City are summed up, and the root causes of the cooperatives are put forward. The paper divides the specialized cooperatives in Songyuan into four types: government leading, leading by large households or capable people in villages, technology and leading enterprises. Chapter three is the case study of professional cooperatives in Songyuan. Through the investigation of the professional cooperatives in Songyuan City, the authors find out the cooperatives which are in line with the four cooperative modes of the government-led type, the large household or capable person leading type in the village, the technical type and the leading enterprise organization type, and expound the establishment of the four kinds of co-operatives. The operation situation and the challenges facing the future development, and through the specific case analysis and questionnaire analysis of the four types of models to find out the law suitable for the development of cooperatives in Songyuan City. Chapter four summarizes the current problems of professional cooperatives in Songyuan City. The fifth chapter puts forward the corresponding countermeasures according to the specific problems and points out the way to advance and the direction of development for the future professional cooperatives in Songyuan city.
