【摘要】：隨著社會(huì)的不斷發(fā)展,豬肉市場(chǎng)的質(zhì)量安全問(wèn)題越來(lái)越多,不僅影響到消費(fèi)者的身體健康,而且還阻礙了我國(guó)豬肉生產(chǎn)的發(fā)展。其次,隨著生豬養(yǎng)殖業(yè)的不斷發(fā)展,生豬養(yǎng)殖收入已經(jīng)成了很多農(nóng)戶家庭的重要經(jīng)濟(jì)來(lái)源,當(dāng)今生豬養(yǎng)殖更加講究技術(shù)和效益,生豬養(yǎng)殖農(nóng)戶能否保證自家生豬的安全生產(chǎn),直接影響到最終的生豬養(yǎng)殖效益。因此,農(nóng)戶的生豬安全生產(chǎn)顯得十分重要。南雄作為粵北山區(qū)縣城,隨著近些年的發(fā)展,農(nóng)戶生豬養(yǎng)殖業(yè)不斷壯大,直接帶動(dòng)了當(dāng)?shù)氐慕?jīng)濟(jì),但也因多種原因,出現(xiàn)過(guò)農(nóng)戶不安全生產(chǎn)的行為,一定程度上阻礙了當(dāng)?shù)剞r(nóng)戶生豬養(yǎng)殖業(yè)的發(fā)展。鑒于此,本課題擬通過(guò)研究南雄市農(nóng)村生豬養(yǎng)殖戶在養(yǎng)殖過(guò)程中的各種生產(chǎn)行為,找出影響生豬安全生產(chǎn)的原因所在,從而解決豬肉安全質(zhì)量問(wèn)題,提高農(nóng)戶生豬養(yǎng)殖經(jīng)濟(jì)效益。在課題研究過(guò)程中,本課題采用了文獻(xiàn)研究法、問(wèn)卷調(diào)查法、實(shí)地調(diào)查法等研究方法,對(duì)南雄市具有代表性的5個(gè)鄉(xiāng)鎮(zhèn)進(jìn)行了調(diào)查研究,走訪了近200戶農(nóng)戶,針對(duì)農(nóng)戶的年齡、學(xué)歷、養(yǎng)殖規(guī)模、養(yǎng)殖年限得基本信息進(jìn)行了數(shù)據(jù)采集,并采取問(wèn)卷方式對(duì)農(nóng)戶在生豬養(yǎng)殖過(guò)程中的飼料使用情況、獸藥使用情況、環(huán)境衛(wèi)生情況、疫病控制情況等進(jìn)行調(diào)查研究。通過(guò)研究,發(fā)現(xiàn)存在安全生產(chǎn)意識(shí)比較滯后、生豬養(yǎng)殖管理經(jīng)驗(yàn)不足、生豬養(yǎng)殖技術(shù)比較落后、生豬養(yǎng)殖行為缺乏監(jiān)管等問(wèn)題,并針對(duì)存在的問(wèn)題,提出了加大對(duì)農(nóng)戶生豬養(yǎng)殖的扶持力度、加強(qiáng)對(duì)農(nóng)戶生豬養(yǎng)殖的經(jīng)驗(yàn)推廣、加強(qiáng)對(duì)農(nóng)戶生豬養(yǎng)殖的監(jiān)督管理等解決問(wèn)題的對(duì)策。
[Abstract]:With the development of society, there are more and more problems about the quality and safety of pork market, which not only affects the health of consumers, but also hinders the development of pork production in China. Secondly, with the continuous development of the pig breeding industry, pig breeding income has become an important economic source for many peasant families. Nowadays, pig farming pays more attention to technology and efficiency. Can pig farmers ensure the safe production of their own live pigs? Directly affect the final pig breeding efficiency. Therefore, the farmer's pig safety production is very important. Nanxiong, as a county town in the mountainous area of northern Guangdong Province, with the development of recent years, farmers' pig breeding industry has been growing, which has directly driven the local economy. However, for various reasons, farmers have also acted as unsafe farmers in production. To some extent, hindering the development of local farmers pig breeding industry. In view of this, this subject intends to solve the problem of pork safety quality by studying all kinds of production behaviors of rural pig farmers in Nanxiong City, and find out the reasons that affect the safety of pig production. Improve the economic benefits of pig farming. In the course of the research, the research methods of literature research, questionnaire survey and field investigation were used to investigate and study five representative towns in Nanxiong City, visiting nearly 200 peasant households, aiming at the age of the farmers. The basic information of education, scale and age of breeding was collected, and the use of feed, veterinary drugs and environmental hygiene of farmers in the process of pig breeding were investigated by questionnaire. The epidemic disease control situation and so on carries on the investigation and research. Through the research, we find that there are some problems, such as lagging awareness of safety in production, insufficient experience in pig breeding management, backward hog breeding technology, lack of supervision of pig breeding behavior, and so on, and aiming at the existing problems, Some countermeasures were put forward to solve the problems, such as increasing the support to farmers' pig breeding, strengthening the experience popularization of farmers' pig breeding, and strengthening the supervision and management of farmers' pig breeding.
