駐馬店市觀光農(nóng)業(yè)發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀及對(duì)策研究

【摘要】:時(shí)代的不斷變遷,是經(jīng)濟(jì)作為主要力量,不斷推進(jìn)整個(gè)社會(huì)不同行業(yè)的生產(chǎn)生活的正常運(yùn)行。有強(qiáng)大的經(jīng)濟(jì)做后盾,我國(guó)第一、二、三產(chǎn)業(yè)也在不斷向前發(fā)展。我國(guó)是一個(gè)農(nóng)業(yè)大國(guó),農(nóng)業(yè)作為第一產(chǎn)業(yè),其發(fā)展形式越來越多元化與新穎化。農(nóng)業(yè)整體綜合實(shí)力更加雄厚。隨著新農(nóng)村建設(shè)和農(nóng)村土地整改的政策進(jìn)一步貫徹落實(shí),部分地區(qū)農(nóng)業(yè)發(fā)展出現(xiàn)一派繁榮的景象。觀光農(nóng)業(yè)便是農(nóng)業(yè)發(fā)展形成的一種新興產(chǎn)業(yè)。是伴隨著城市化進(jìn)程的不斷加快和農(nóng)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)的不斷調(diào)整而發(fā)展起來的一種旅游農(nóng)業(yè)形式。觀光農(nóng)業(yè)具有農(nóng)田耕種的生產(chǎn)性,同時(shí)還具有為游客提供休閑、娛樂、體驗(yàn)的生活性。駐馬店市作為河南省農(nóng)業(yè)生產(chǎn)大市,風(fēng)景優(yōu)美,歷史悠久,地理環(huán)境優(yōu)越,礦產(chǎn)資源和人文資源較富足,具備發(fā)展觀光農(nóng)業(yè)的良好條件和基礎(chǔ)。但由于觀光農(nóng)業(yè)起步較晚,與先進(jìn)地區(qū)有一定的差距全省觀光農(nóng)業(yè)所占的市場(chǎng)份額日益萎縮。因此,研究駐馬店市觀光農(nóng)業(yè)的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀,分析觀光農(nóng)業(yè)發(fā)展存在的問題,找出原因和解決對(duì)策,不光對(duì)駐馬店本地區(qū)觀光農(nóng)業(yè)的發(fā)展有幫助,還對(duì)其他區(qū)域觀光農(nóng)業(yè)的發(fā)展具有一定借鑒價(jià)值。本文立足于駐馬店市觀光農(nóng)業(yè)的基本概況,結(jié)合觀光農(nóng)業(yè)中外百年發(fā)展歷史,根據(jù)國(guó)家社會(huì)政策與總體經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展規(guī)劃,利用文案調(diào)研、走訪、觀察、比較等多種分析方法,從農(nóng)業(yè)、旅游、生態(tài)、社會(huì)效益等多維度對(duì)駐馬店市觀光農(nóng)業(yè)的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行了系統(tǒng)的全面的研究。針對(duì)駐馬店市觀光農(nóng)業(yè)發(fā)展過程中遇到的瓶頸和存在的問題,參考觀光農(nóng)業(yè)方面的書籍和國(guó)內(nèi)外先進(jìn)的案例,提出了自己的見解與解決方案。整篇論文從五個(gè)部分進(jìn)行論述:第一部分:引言。闡述了研究觀光農(nóng)業(yè)的目的與意義、簡(jiǎn)要論述了觀光農(nóng)業(yè)研究的整體思路與方法、研究的創(chuàng)新點(diǎn)與需要改進(jìn)的地方。并總結(jié)了國(guó)內(nèi)外觀光農(nóng)業(yè)的發(fā)展經(jīng)驗(yàn)與可借鑒之處。第二部分:闡釋了觀光農(nóng)業(yè)的基本內(nèi)涵、類型與功能。并對(duì)我國(guó)觀光農(nóng)業(yè)的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行了敘述,并簡(jiǎn)述了觀光農(nóng)業(yè)在現(xiàn)代農(nóng)業(yè)發(fā)展中的重要性與意義。第三部分:概述了駐馬店市觀光農(nóng)業(yè)發(fā)展的具體情況,并分析了駐馬店市觀光農(nóng)業(yè)發(fā)展的利弊條件。并以中欣農(nóng)業(yè)有限公司作為實(shí)例,借鑒其做出的成效、開發(fā)模式等。以點(diǎn)帶面地分析其存在的具體問題和成因。第四部分:觀光農(nóng)業(yè)發(fā)展的成功經(jīng)驗(yàn)。分析了歐美、亞洲等發(fā)達(dá)國(guó)家在觀光農(nóng)業(yè)方面值得我們學(xué)習(xí)借鑒的成功經(jīng)驗(yàn)及啟示,并對(duì)我國(guó)觀光農(nóng)業(yè)的優(yōu)秀案例進(jìn)行了剖析。第五部分:針對(duì)駐馬店市觀光農(nóng)業(yè)發(fā)展中存在的觀光園規(guī)劃不明晰、營(yíng)銷策略不合理、旅游產(chǎn)品營(yíng)銷渠道不對(duì)稱等問題,提出相應(yīng)的政策及措施,制訂了相應(yīng)的觀光園區(qū)保障體系規(guī)劃、土地合理利用的規(guī)劃、行之有效的市場(chǎng)營(yíng)銷手段,以此確保駐馬店美麗鄉(xiāng)村建設(shè)的順利進(jìn)行,推動(dòng)駐馬店市觀光農(nóng)業(yè)不斷吸納新理念,運(yùn)用新方法,走新路徑。并在此基礎(chǔ)上,指出了需要進(jìn)一步改進(jìn)的方案。
[Abstract]:The continuous change of the times is the economy as the main force, constantly advancing the normal operation of the production and life of the whole society. With a strong economic backing, the first, second and three industries of our country are developing continuously. China is a big agricultural country, and agriculture as the first industry, its development form is more and more diversified and novel. The overall strength of the whole industry is more strong. With the further implementation of the new rural construction and the policy of rural land reform, the agricultural development in some areas has appeared a prosperous scene. Tourism agriculture is a new industry formed by agricultural development. It is accompanied by the continuous acceleration of urbanization and the continuous adjustment of the agricultural structure. Tourism agriculture is a form of tourism agriculture. Tourism agriculture has the productivity of farmland farming, and it also provides leisure, entertainment and experience for tourists. As a big city of agricultural production in Henan Province, Zhumadian has beautiful scenery, long history, superior geographical environment, rich mineral resources and human resources, and has a good development of sightseeing agriculture. But because of the late start of sightseeing agriculture, there is a certain gap between the advanced regions and the advanced regions, the market share of the sightseeing agriculture is shrinking. Therefore, the present situation of the development of sightseeing agriculture in Zhumadian is studied, the problems of the development of sightseeing agriculture are analyzed, the reasons and solutions are found, not only the sightseeing agriculture in the Zhumadian region is not only used. It is helpful to the development of tourism agriculture in other regions. This paper is based on the basic situation of sightseeing agriculture in Zhumadian, combined with the history of the development of sightseeing agriculture for a hundred years, according to the national social policy and the overall economic development plan, using a variety of analysis methods, such as investigation, visit, observation, comparison, and so on. Agriculture, tourism, ecology, social benefits and other dimensions of the development of Zhumadian city sightseeing agriculture development status of a systematic and comprehensive study. Aiming at the bottleneck and existing problems encountered in the development of Zhumadian sightseeing agriculture, referring to the books of sightseeing agriculture and advanced cases at home and abroad, this paper puts forward their own opinions and solutions. The whole paper is discussed from five parts: the first part: introduction. The purpose and significance of the study of sightseeing agriculture are expounded. The whole idea and method of the research on sightseeing agriculture, the innovation point and the place to be improved are briefly discussed. The development experience and reference of the sightseeing agriculture at home and abroad are summarized. The second part is to explain the explanation. The basic connotation, types and functions of sightseeing agriculture, and the current situation of the development of tourism agriculture in China are described, and the importance and significance of sightseeing agriculture in the development of modern agriculture are briefly described. The third part: the specific situation of the development of sightseeing agriculture in Zhumadian is summarized, and the advantages and disadvantages of the development of sightseeing agriculture in Zhumadian are analyzed. And take Zhongxin agricultural limited company as an example, draw lessons from its achievements, development model, and so on. The fourth part: the successful experience of the development of sightseeing agriculture. The successful experience and Enlightenment of the developed countries, such as Europe and America, Asia and other developed countries, are analyzed. The excellent cases of tourism agriculture in China are analyzed. The fifth part: in view of the unclear planning of sightseeing garden in the development of Zhumadian sightseeing agriculture, the marketing strategy is unreasonable, the marketing channels of tourism products are asymmetrical, the corresponding policies and measures are put forward, and the planning of the guarantee system for the sightseeing park and the rational use of the land are made. Planning, effective marketing means, in order to ensure the smooth progress of the beautiful rural construction in Zhumadian, promote Zhumadian city sightseeing agriculture to absorb new ideas, use new methods, take the new path, and on this basis, pointed out the need to further improve the plan.
