【摘要】：隨著我國(guó)的社會(huì)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展程度不斷提高,發(fā)展休閑農(nóng)業(yè)已經(jīng)成為我國(guó)發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略的重要組成部分。休閑農(nóng)業(yè)作為一種戰(zhàn)略性新興產(chǎn)業(yè),為我國(guó)農(nóng)村產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)調(diào)整及農(nóng)業(yè)多功能研發(fā)提供了可行的方案,為農(nóng)村居民提高經(jīng)濟(jì)水平指明了方向,為我國(guó)進(jìn)一步推進(jìn)現(xiàn)代農(nóng)業(yè)、社會(huì)主義新農(nóng)村建設(shè)以及構(gòu)建社會(huì)主義和諧社會(huì)做出了巨大的貢獻(xiàn)。然而,加快休閑農(nóng)業(yè)發(fā)展一方面帶動(dòng)了農(nóng)村居民收入增加、農(nóng)村村容村貌的改觀,另一方面也遇到諸如休閑農(nóng)業(yè)發(fā)展缺乏科學(xué)規(guī)劃與創(chuàng)新、各地區(qū)休閑農(nóng)業(yè)發(fā)展較不均衡等多問(wèn)題。新鄉(xiāng)市獨(dú)特的地域、環(huán)境及資源給新鄉(xiāng)市休閑農(nóng)業(yè)提供了得天獨(dú)厚的條件。因此,本文首先選擇將新鄉(xiāng)市休閑農(nóng)業(yè)發(fā)展作為研究對(duì)象,結(jié)合國(guó)內(nèi)外有關(guān)休閑農(nóng)業(yè)發(fā)展問(wèn)題的相關(guān)研究,對(duì)新鄉(xiāng)市休閑農(nóng)業(yè)發(fā)展模式進(jìn)行了總結(jié)分析,歸納出了四種模式,包括觀光紅色旅游模式、休閑觀光模式、農(nóng)趣農(nóng)事體驗(yàn)?zāi)Ｊ�、農(nóng)業(yè)科普教育模式;其次,通過(guò)對(duì)新鄉(xiāng)市休閑農(nóng)業(yè)發(fā)展?fàn)顩r的問(wèn)卷調(diào)查,對(duì)消費(fèi)者行為進(jìn)行分析并總結(jié)出其存在的問(wèn)題,再利用SWOT分析法對(duì)新鄉(xiāng)市休閑農(nóng)業(yè)進(jìn)行研究從而為新鄉(xiāng)市休閑農(nóng)業(yè)的發(fā)展提供可靠參考依據(jù);最后,基于新鄉(xiāng)市現(xiàn)有問(wèn)題的基礎(chǔ)上并提出了相應(yīng)的改進(jìn)建議,包括了完善法律法規(guī),強(qiáng)化優(yōu)惠政策的精準(zhǔn)性、加強(qiáng)規(guī)范化管理,優(yōu)化發(fā)展模式、積極引進(jìn)人才強(qiáng)化培訓(xùn),提高服務(wù)質(zhì)量以及塑造品牌,加大休閑農(nóng)業(yè)市場(chǎng)宣傳營(yíng)銷(xiāo)等相關(guān)改進(jìn)對(duì)策,從而為促進(jìn)新鄉(xiāng)市休閑農(nóng)業(yè)更快更好的可持續(xù)發(fā)展提供了一些參考。本文主要由以下幾部分構(gòu)成:第一章闡述了我國(guó)有關(guān)休閑農(nóng)業(yè)發(fā)展的研究背景及研究意義;第二章總結(jié)了休閑農(nóng)業(yè)的概念和特點(diǎn),經(jīng)過(guò)對(duì)國(guó)內(nèi)外典型休閑農(nóng)業(yè)案例的分析與研究,并從中得到了有利于休閑農(nóng)業(yè)可持續(xù)發(fā)展的經(jīng)驗(yàn);第三章基于對(duì)新鄉(xiāng)市休閑農(nóng)業(yè)發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀以及發(fā)展模式的分析,并結(jié)合新鄉(xiāng)市休閑農(nóng)業(yè)發(fā)展的具體案例進(jìn)行分析總結(jié);第四章通過(guò)問(wèn)卷調(diào)研對(duì)消費(fèi)者行為進(jìn)行分析,從而有利于制定出適合消費(fèi)者的休閑農(nóng)業(yè)發(fā)展模式;第五章對(duì)新鄉(xiāng)市休閑農(nóng)業(yè)發(fā)展問(wèn)題進(jìn)行SWOT分析;第六章針對(duì)新鄉(xiāng)市休閑農(nóng)業(yè)發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀所存在的問(wèn)題給出相應(yīng)對(duì)策。
[Abstract]:With the development of social economy in China, the development of leisure agriculture has become an important part of our country's development strategy. As a strategic emerging industry, leisure agriculture provides a feasible scheme for the adjustment of rural industrial structure and multi-function research and development of agriculture, points out the direction for rural residents to improve their economic level, and further promotes modern agriculture in China. The construction of new socialist countryside and the construction of socialist harmonious society have made great contributions. However, on the one hand, speeding up the development of leisure agriculture has led to an increase in the income of rural residents and the improvement of the appearance of rural villages; on the other hand, they have also encountered problems such as the lack of scientific planning and innovation in the development of leisure agriculture. The development of leisure agriculture in various regions is more uneven and so on. The unique region, environment and resources of Xinxiang City provide unique conditions for the leisure agriculture of Xinxiang City. Therefore, this paper firstly chooses the leisure agriculture development of Xinxiang city as the research object, combines the domestic and foreign related leisure agriculture development question related research, has carried on the summary analysis to the Xinxiang leisure agriculture development pattern, has summed up four kinds of models. Including the red tourism mode, the leisure tourism mode, the agricultural interest agriculture experience mode, the agricultural science popularization education pattern; secondly, through the questionnaire survey to the Xinxiang leisure agriculture development situation, This paper analyzes the consumer behavior and summarizes its existing problems, and then studies the leisure agriculture in Xinxiang City by using SWOT analysis method to provide a reliable reference for the development of leisure agriculture in Xinxiang City. Based on the existing problems in Xinxiang City, the paper puts forward corresponding suggestions for improvement, including perfecting laws and regulations, strengthening the accuracy of preferential policies, strengthening standardized management, optimizing development models, and actively introducing talents to strengthen training. To improve the service quality and brand, to increase the leisure agriculture marketing and other related improvement countermeasures, so as to promote the Xinxiang leisure agriculture faster and better sustainable development to provide some reference. This paper is mainly composed of the following parts: the first chapter describes the research background and significance of the development of leisure agriculture in China, the second chapter summarizes the concept and characteristics of leisure agriculture. Through the analysis and research on the typical leisure agriculture cases at home and abroad, and get the experience of sustainable development of leisure agriculture. Chapter three is based on the analysis of the current situation and development model of leisure agriculture in Xinxiang. And combined with Xinxiang leisure agriculture development specific case analysis and summary; the fourth chapter through the questionnaire survey to analyze consumer behavior, so as to facilitate the establishment of a suitable leisure agriculture development model; The fifth chapter makes SWOT analysis on the development of leisure agriculture in Xinxiang city, and the sixth chapter gives corresponding countermeasures to the problems existing in the development of leisure agriculture in Xinxiang city.
