【摘要】：世界銀行在生態(tài)扶貧領域通過科學而全面的項目設計,堅持將林業(yè)發(fā)展、能力建設以及科技支撐等作為生態(tài)扶貧項目的重要部分,扶貧工作取得了顯著的成績。文章通過對世行官方報告、項目評估資料和世行咨詢專家提供的觀點等資料的梳理總結(jié),介紹了世行先進的林業(yè)生態(tài)扶貧經(jīng)驗,以期為國內(nèi)探索生態(tài)扶貧新機制、拓展生態(tài)扶貧視野和格局、加快脫貧攻堅步伐提供參考。
[Abstract]:Through scientific and comprehensive project design in the field of ecological poverty alleviation, the World Bank insists on taking forestry development, capacity building and scientific and technological support as an important part of the ecological poverty alleviation project, and has made remarkable achievements in poverty alleviation work. Through combing and summing up the official report of the World Bank, the project evaluation data and the viewpoints provided by the World Bank's consultant experts, the paper introduces the Bank's advanced experience of forestry ecological poverty alleviation, in order to explore a new mechanism for ecological poverty alleviation in China. Expand the vision and pattern of ecological poverty alleviation, speed up the pace of poverty relief to provide reference.
