【摘要】：當(dāng)前,科技創(chuàng)新是推動(dòng)農(nóng)業(yè)發(fā)展的動(dòng)力,而農(nóng)業(yè)科技成果轉(zhuǎn)化率不高問題直接影響了現(xiàn)代農(nóng)業(yè)發(fā)展的進(jìn)程,農(nóng)民是農(nóng)業(yè)科技成果轉(zhuǎn)化為生產(chǎn)力并投入應(yīng)用實(shí)踐的主體。本論文在總結(jié)國(guó)內(nèi)外相關(guān)研究的基礎(chǔ)上,基于參與式發(fā)展理論、計(jì)劃行為理論、互動(dòng)儀式鏈理論,以江蘇省贛榆縣泥鰍農(nóng)為研究對(duì)象,以泥鰍養(yǎng)殖產(chǎn)業(yè)技術(shù)的現(xiàn)狀水平為基點(diǎn),通過設(shè)計(jì)問卷對(duì)農(nóng)戶進(jìn)行系統(tǒng)的訪談?wù){(diào)查,深入剖析泥鰍養(yǎng)殖技術(shù)采用行為的特點(diǎn)及影響因素,揭示了農(nóng)戶接受且采用新技術(shù)的內(nèi)在行為機(jī)制,這將對(duì)贛榆縣泥鰍產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展帶來新認(rèn)知,也將對(duì)農(nóng)業(yè)技術(shù)擴(kuò)散效率的提高有所裨益。在實(shí)證分析部分,本論文利用從贛榆縣墩尚鎮(zhèn)獲取的142戶有效調(diào)研數(shù)據(jù),運(yùn)用統(tǒng)計(jì)分析方法,分析農(nóng)戶在采用不同養(yǎng)殖技術(shù)下的行為,同時(shí)探討影響農(nóng)戶采用泥鰍養(yǎng)殖技術(shù)的問題,以及運(yùn)用相關(guān)理論進(jìn)行因素解析,最后做出相應(yīng)的對(duì)策建議。因此,得出以下結(jié)論:第一,與其他經(jīng)濟(jì)主體一樣,農(nóng)戶的采用行為是理性反應(yīng)。第二,農(nóng)戶的文化素質(zhì)和職業(yè)水平與農(nóng)戶采用泥鰍養(yǎng)殖技術(shù)意愿具有密切聯(lián)系。第三,養(yǎng)殖技術(shù)本身的效果也關(guān)系著農(nóng)戶的采用意愿。第四,農(nóng)業(yè)技術(shù)推廣人員對(duì)養(yǎng)殖技術(shù)的了解和掌握程度影響農(nóng)戶采用效果。第五,農(nóng)業(yè)技術(shù)推廣外部環(huán)境因素通過泥鰍農(nóng)的認(rèn)知間接影響農(nóng)戶采用行為。
[Abstract]:At present, scientific and technological innovation is the driving force to promote the development of agriculture, and the problem of low conversion rate of agricultural scientific and technological achievements directly affects the process of modern agricultural development. Farmers are the main body of agricultural scientific and technological achievements converted into productive forces and put into practice. Based on the theory of participatory development, the theory of planning behavior, the theory of interactive ritual chain, and the research object of Loach farming in Ganyu County, Jiangsu Province, the present situation of the farming technology of Misgurnus anguillicaudatus is taken as the basic point. Through a systematic interview and investigation on farmers by designing questionnaires, the characteristics and influencing factors of the adoption of farming techniques of Misgurnus anguillicaudatus were deeply analyzed, and the intrinsic behavior mechanism of farmers' acceptance and adoption of new technologies was revealed. This will bring new cognition to the development of Misgurnus anguillicaudatus industry in Ganyu County, and will also benefit the improvement of agricultural technology diffusion efficiency. In the part of empirical analysis, this paper uses the effective investigation data of 142 households obtained from Dun Shang Town, Ganyu County, and uses statistical analysis method to analyze the behavior of farmers under different farming techniques. At the same time, the paper discusses the problem of influencing farmers to adopt the farming technology of Loach, and analyzes the factors by using the relevant theory, and finally makes the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions. Therefore, we draw the following conclusions: first, like other economic agents, farmers' adoption behavior is rational response. Secondly, farmers' cultural quality and professional level are closely related to farmers' willingness to adopt Loach farming technology. Third, the effect of farming technology itself is also related to the willingness of farmers to adopt. Fourth, agricultural extension personnel's understanding and mastery of farming technology affect the effect of farmers' adoption. Fifth, the external environmental factors of agricultural technology extension indirectly affect farmers' adoption behavior through the cognition of Loach farmers.
