【摘要】：觀光農(nóng)業(yè)是以農(nóng)業(yè)生產(chǎn)為基礎,觀光游賞為內(nèi)容,休閑旅游為目的一種新型產(chǎn)業(yè)。近幾年來,隨著國民經(jīng)濟的快速發(fā)展,城鎮(zhèn)居民收入的不斷增加,旅游消費市場需求的進一步擴大,越來越多的農(nóng)業(yè)觀光園區(qū)如雨后春筍般出現(xiàn)在大城市的近郊區(qū)域。同時,國家農(nóng)業(yè)結(jié)構的調(diào)整已向縱深發(fā)展,土地政策的改革以及各級地方政府制定的相關惠農(nóng)政策,更進一步的為觀光農(nóng)業(yè)的發(fā)展帶來動力。本文在查閱收集了大量資料之后,以豫西地區(qū)作為研究對象,總結(jié)了其近些年來的發(fā)展狀況,探討其在觀光農(nóng)業(yè)的發(fā)展上存在的問題,并對其未來的發(fā)展方向從不同角度進行了闡述。首先,通過文獻綜述說明了觀光農(nóng)業(yè)的概念與內(nèi)涵,分析了它的特征與功能。并且通過對國內(nèi)外觀光農(nóng)業(yè)發(fā)展的現(xiàn)狀研究及成功案例介紹,從國家層面及政府角度、投資人層面和經(jīng)營者角度、農(nóng)民層面和勞動力角度分析了不同的角色和身份人群對觀光農(nóng)業(yè)所持的態(tài)度和直觀認識,解釋觀光農(nóng)業(yè)在我國快速發(fā)展的原因與當下的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀,進一步加深了對這一新型產(chǎn)業(yè)的認識。其次,介紹和分析了豫西地區(qū)觀光農(nóng)業(yè)的發(fā)展模式和發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀。豫西地區(qū)觀光農(nóng)業(yè)的模式類型主要有:農(nóng)業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)型、農(nóng)業(yè)科技示范園區(qū)型、自然資源觀光旅游型、農(nóng)業(yè)公園型和歷史文化農(nóng)業(yè)公園結(jié)合型等五類。豫西地區(qū)觀光農(nóng)業(yè)發(fā)展也經(jīng)歷了大致三個過程,從最初簡單的農(nóng)家樂到如今的產(chǎn)業(yè)化集群發(fā)展,涌現(xiàn)出了一大批發(fā)展態(tài)勢良好的觀光農(nóng)業(yè)示范園區(qū)。第三,通過對豫西地區(qū)幾家極具代表性的示范園區(qū)進行全面調(diào)查分析,重點分析了三門峽市柳莊高效農(nóng)業(yè)示范園及洛陽市會盟銀灘觀光農(nóng)業(yè)園等兩家典型觀光農(nóng)業(yè)園區(qū),得出了不同園區(qū)在規(guī)劃、建設、經(jīng)營過程中存在的共性及個性問題,對未來豫西地區(qū)發(fā)展觀光農(nóng)業(yè)提供了寶貴的借鑒。第四,通過對豫西地區(qū)觀光農(nóng)業(yè)發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀的調(diào)查研究,總結(jié)了現(xiàn)有行業(yè)發(fā)展存在的問題,并從不同角度提出了相應對策,尤其著重闡述了以“工業(yè)發(fā)展理念”指導豫西地區(qū)觀光農(nóng)業(yè)發(fā)展的具體策略,為未來發(fā)展指引了方向。最后對本研究中提到的結(jié)論和問題進行了討論。
[Abstract]:Tourism agriculture is a new type of industry based on agricultural production, tourism tourism as the content and leisure tourism as the purpose.In recent years, with the rapid development of the national economy, the increasing income of urban residents and the further expansion of tourism consumption market demand, more and more agricultural tourism parks are springing up in the suburbs of big cities.At the same time, the adjustment of the national agricultural structure has developed in depth, the reform of the land policy and the related favorable agricultural policies made by the local governments at all levels have brought further impetus to the development of tourism agriculture.After consulting and collecting a large amount of data, this paper takes the western Henan region as the research object, summarizes its development situation in recent years, and discusses the problems existing in the development of sightseeing agriculture.And its future development direction is expounded from different angles.Firstly, the concept and connotation of sightseeing agriculture are explained through literature review, and its characteristics and functions are analyzed.And through the domestic and foreign tourism agriculture development present situation research and the successful case introduction, from the national level and the government angle, the investor level and the operator angle,From the perspective of farmers and labor force, this paper analyzes the attitudes and intuitionistic understanding of different roles and identity groups to tourism agriculture, and explains the reasons for the rapid development of tourism agriculture in China and the present development situation.Further deepen the understanding of this new industry.Secondly, the development model and present situation of tourism agriculture in western Henan are introduced and analyzed.There are five types of tourism agriculture in western Henan Province: agricultural industry type, agricultural science and technology demonstration park type, natural resources tourism type, agricultural park type and historical and cultural agricultural park type.The development of sightseeing agriculture in the west of Henan Province has also experienced three processes. From the simple Nongjiale to the industrialization cluster development, a large number of agricultural demonstration parks with good development situation have emerged.Thirdly, through the comprehensive investigation and analysis of several representative demonstration parks in western Henan, the paper focuses on the analysis of two typical sightseeing agricultural parks, such as Liuzhuang high-efficiency agricultural demonstration garden in Sanmenxia city and Yintan sightseeing agricultural garden in Huimeng County, Luoyang City.The common and individual problems existing in the planning, construction and management of different parks are obtained, which provide valuable reference for the development of sightseeing agriculture in the west of Henan in the future.Fourth, through the investigation and research on the current situation of tourism agriculture development in western Henan, the problems existing in the development of the existing industries are summarized, and the corresponding countermeasures are put forward from different angles.In particular, the concrete strategies of guiding the development of sightseeing agriculture in the west of Henan with the idea of "industrial development" are expounded, and the direction for the future development is pointed out.Finally, the conclusions and problems mentioned in this study are discussed.
