【摘要】：中國近代工業(yè)化過程中,繅絲業(yè)占有重要地位。本文利用1894—1936年的海關(guān)數(shù)據(jù),建立回歸模型考察了農(nóng)村家庭分工對(duì)繅絲業(yè)的影響。研究發(fā)現(xiàn):無論是在長江三角洲還是珠江三角洲地區(qū),過高的糧食價(jià)格都阻礙了家庭蠶絲業(yè)的專業(yè)化經(jīng)營,降低了蠶繭的生產(chǎn)效率,使繅絲工業(yè)發(fā)展不得不受制于原材料生產(chǎn)能力的約束。這意味著工業(yè)化需要一個(gè)發(fā)達(dá)的農(nóng)業(yè)體系作為基礎(chǔ);另外,傳統(tǒng)的家庭繅絲活動(dòng)在長江三角洲展現(xiàn)出更強(qiáng)的生命力,蠶繭更多的在家庭內(nèi)部被消耗掉而非作為商品出現(xiàn)在市場上,這使得該地區(qū)比珠江三角洲更容易面臨蠶繭原料的限制,繅絲工業(yè)的發(fā)展自然也受到更多的制約。
[Abstract]:In the process of industrialization in modern China, silk reeling occupies an important position.Based on the customs data from 1894-1936, a regression model was established to investigate the influence of the division of labor in rural households on silk reeling.The study found that both in the Yangtze River Delta and in the Pearl River Delta region, excessive grain prices have hindered the specialized management of the household silk industry and reduced the production efficiency of silkworm cocoons.The development of silk reeling industry has to be constrained by the production capacity of raw materials.This means that industrialization needs a developed agricultural system as the basis; in addition, traditional family reeling activities have shown greater vitality in the Yangtze River Delta.The cocoon is consumed more in the household than as a commodity in the market, which makes it easier than the Pearl River Delta to face the constraints of cocoon raw materials, and the development of silk reeling industry is naturally more restricted.
