【摘要】：本文嘗試在歷史視角與社會學問題研究相結(jié)合的基礎上,將農(nóng)村合作社的發(fā)展分為計劃經(jīng)濟時期、改革轉(zhuǎn)型時期、新農(nóng)村建設時期三個歷史時段,描述新中國成立至今農(nóng)村合作社的發(fā)展變遷,沿著農(nóng)村合作社“嬗變的歷史描述——變遷動因——嬗變方向”這一邏輯線索,在組織社會學理論及現(xiàn)代化理論指引下,探討農(nóng)村合作社在不同歷史時段的變遷特點以及變遷背后的動力因素。本研究首先對我國農(nóng)村合作社進行文獻梳理,詳細梳理了新中國成立后不同歷史時期農(nóng)村合作社的發(fā)展、變化的圖景與路線,形成新中國農(nóng)村合作社嬗變的歷史描述。其次,結(jié)合組織社會學理論與中外現(xiàn)代化理論作為分析工具,對中國農(nóng)村合作社嬗變的動因進行研究,分析不同時段推動農(nóng)村合作社變遷動因的轉(zhuǎn)換與更迭。最后,筆者選擇了吉林省內(nèi)四家農(nóng)村合作社做實證研究,結(jié)合近年來國家農(nóng)村合作政策,探討農(nóng)村合作社未來發(fā)展趨勢。通過對新中國成立后農(nóng)村合作社嬗變的研究,筆者認為農(nóng)村合作社這一農(nóng)民合作組織經(jīng)歷了計劃經(jīng)濟時期被權(quán)力機制主導推動,改革轉(zhuǎn)型時期被經(jīng)濟利益主導推動的兩個階段后,在新農(nóng)村建設時期正逐漸趨于回歸自愿、民主、平等、公平、團結(jié)等經(jīng)典合作原則引導下的發(fā)展方向。
[Abstract]:Based on the combination of historical perspective and sociological research, this paper attempts to divide the development of rural cooperatives into three historical periods: planned economy period, reform and transformation period, and new rural construction period.This paper describes the development and changes of rural cooperatives since the founding of New China, and follows the logic clue of "historical description of the evolution of rural cooperatives-agents of change-direction of change", under the guidance of the theory of organizational sociology and the theory of modernization.This paper probes into the changing characteristics of rural cooperatives in different historical periods and the motive factors behind the changes.This research firstly combs the literature of rural cooperatives in our country, combs in detail the development, changing picture and route of rural cooperatives in different historical periods after the founding of New China, and forms a historical description of the evolution of rural cooperatives in New China.Secondly, combined with the theory of sociology of organization and the theory of modernization at home and abroad, this paper studies the causes of the evolution of rural cooperatives in China, and analyzes the transformation and change of the drivers of the changes of rural cooperatives in different periods.Finally, the author chooses four rural cooperatives in Jilin Province as an empirical study, and discusses the future development trend of rural cooperatives in combination with the national rural cooperative policy in recent years.Based on the study of the evolution of rural cooperatives after the founding of New China, the author thinks that rural cooperatives, a cooperative organization of peasants, experienced a planned economy period and was driven by the power mechanism.In the period of reform and transformation, after the two stages driven by economic interests, the development direction under the guidance of the classical cooperative principles such as democracy, equality, fairness, unity and so on, is gradually coming back to voluntary in the period of new rural construction.
