基于地理空間適宜性指數(shù)自相關(guān)的農(nóng)村居民點(diǎn)整理分區(qū)

【摘要】:農(nóng)村居民點(diǎn)整理是提高建設(shè)用地節(jié)約集約利用水平的重要手段,為研究基于地理空間屬性的區(qū)域農(nóng)村居民點(diǎn)差異化整理方向和模式,提高整理效率,該文以甘肅省臨夏縣北塬地區(qū)為例,從農(nóng)村居民點(diǎn)地理環(huán)境、空間區(qū)位、空間分布和空間形態(tài)4個方面構(gòu)建居民點(diǎn)整理地理空間適宜性評價指標(biāo)體系,通過對各指標(biāo)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化值加權(quán)求和并進(jìn)行空間自相關(guān)分析,獲取適宜性程度的空間聚集特征并結(jié)合各行政村超標(biāo)可整理面積進(jìn)行農(nóng)村居民點(diǎn)整理分區(qū),針對不同分區(qū)特征提出差異化的整理方向和模式。結(jié)果表明:1)地理空間適宜性值為32.093~85.226,空間分異明顯,指標(biāo)體系可較好地反映區(qū)域農(nóng)村居民點(diǎn)地理空間屬性差異;2)全局Moran指數(shù)為0.66,在0.01顯著水平上極顯著,呈顯著正空間自相關(guān)性,LISA圖顯示只存在顯著高高、低低聚集,與全局分析一致;3)分區(qū)劃為優(yōu)先整理區(qū)、次級整理區(qū)、并點(diǎn)整理區(qū)和選擇性整理區(qū),包含空間聚集特征,可較好地識別居民點(diǎn)整理適宜性和整理效益差異。研究可為農(nóng)村居民點(diǎn)整理實(shí)踐作參考,為農(nóng)村居民點(diǎn)整理分區(qū)研究提供新的思路和方法。
[Abstract]:Rural residential land consolidation is an important means to improve the level of intensive utilization of construction land.Taking the north tableland area of Linxia County in Gansu Province as an example, this paper constructs the evaluation index system of geographical suitability of residential areas from four aspects: geographical environment, spatial location, spatial distribution and spatial form of rural residential areas.Through weighted summation of the standardized values of each index and spatial autocorrelation analysis, the spatial aggregation characteristics of the degree of suitability are obtained and the rural residential areas are organized and zoned in combination with the excess reorganized area of each administrative village.Aiming at different zoning features, the paper puts forward the sorting direction and mode of differentiation.The results showed that the global Moran index was 0. 66, and the global Moran index was 0. 66, which was very significant at 0. 01 level, and the spatial differentiation was obvious, and the index system could reflect the difference of geographical spatial attributes of rural residential areas.The significant positive spatial autocorrelation showed that there was only significant high and low aggregation, which was consistent with the global analysis. The subdivision was classified as priority finishing area, secondary finishing area, point finishing area and selective finishing area, which included spatial aggregation characteristics.It can better identify the suitability and benefit difference of residential land consolidation.The study can be used as a reference for the practice of rural residential land consolidation and provides new ideas and methods for the study of rural residential land consolidation zoning.
