【摘要】：2017年初,中共中央、國(guó)務(wù)院制定的最新農(nóng)業(yè)政策性文件《關(guān)于深入推進(jìn)農(nóng)業(yè)供給側(cè)結(jié)構(gòu)性改革,加快培育農(nóng)業(yè)農(nóng)村發(fā)展新動(dòng)能的若干意見(jiàn)》提出在發(fā)展農(nóng)業(yè)、優(yōu)化產(chǎn)品產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu),推進(jìn)農(nóng)業(yè)提質(zhì)增效過(guò)程中要做大做強(qiáng)優(yōu)勢(shì)特色產(chǎn)業(yè)。這為寧夏的特色優(yōu)勢(shì)產(chǎn)業(yè)的發(fā)展提供了一個(gè)全新的發(fā)展契機(jī),也為研究寧夏優(yōu)勢(shì)特色產(chǎn)業(yè)提供了新的視角。寧夏枸杞產(chǎn)業(yè)作為寧夏5大特色優(yōu)勢(shì)產(chǎn)業(yè)之一,其發(fā)展也將實(shí)現(xiàn)新的突破。目前對(duì)枸杞產(chǎn)業(yè)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力的研究主要集中在對(duì)其現(xiàn)狀及對(duì)策方面的研究,利用統(tǒng)計(jì)數(shù)據(jù)分析評(píng)價(jià)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力研究較少。本文旨在為研究枸杞競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力的學(xué)者提供一個(gè)新的思路。本文從枸杞的產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展態(tài)勢(shì)出發(fā),首先研究目前全國(guó)及寧夏的枸杞產(chǎn)業(yè)的發(fā)展態(tài)勢(shì),認(rèn)清枸杞的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀;其次通過(guò)顯示性指標(biāo)、分析性指標(biāo)以及比較優(yōu)勢(shì)指數(shù)三大項(xiàng)指標(biāo)對(duì)于寧夏枸杞產(chǎn)業(yè)進(jìn)行實(shí)證分析,了解寧夏枸杞競(jìng)爭(zhēng)優(yōu)勢(shì)的主要來(lái)源;再次本文結(jié)合鉆石模型從政府、相關(guān)輔助產(chǎn)業(yè)以及國(guó)內(nèi)需求和生產(chǎn)經(jīng)營(yíng)主體4個(gè)方面分析了寧夏枸杞產(chǎn)業(yè)的優(yōu)劣勢(shì);最后從政府、行業(yè)、生產(chǎn)種植組織3個(gè)角度提出了提升寧夏枸杞產(chǎn)業(yè)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力的對(duì)策和建議。
[Abstract]:At the beginning of 2017, the CPC Central Committee, the new agricultural policy documents "formulated by the State Council on further promoting the agricultural supply side structural reform, speed up some suggestions for the development of agriculture and rural areas cultivation > new energy in the development of agricultural products, optimize the industrial structure, promote agricultural quality and efficiency in the process to become bigger and stronger advantageous industries. This provides a a new development opportunity for Ningxia to develop the characteristics and advantages of the industry, but also provides a new perspective for the study of Ningxia characteristic advantage industry. Ningxia wolfberry industry as Ningxia characteristics and advantages of the 5 major industries, and its development will achieve new breakthroughs. The current research on the competitiveness of Chinese wolfberry industry mainly focus on the research on the status quo and Countermeasures the use of statistical data analysis of competitiveness evaluation. This paper aims to provide a new way to study the competitiveness of Chinese wolfberry wolfberry from the scholars. Based on the trend of industrial development, firstly, the current development trend of the country and the Ningxia wolfberry industry development situation, recognize the Chinese wolfberry; followed by display index, analysis index and comparative advantage index three indicators for Ningxia wolfberry industry empirical analysis, the main source of the competitive advantage of Ningxia wolfberry solution; based on the diamond model from again the government, the 4 aspects of related industries and domestic demand and the main production and management analysis of Ningxia wolfberry industry advantages and disadvantages; finally from the government, industry, 3 aspects of production organization is proposed to enhance the competitiveness of Ningxia wolfberry industry countermeasures and suggestions.
