【摘要】：基于"一帶一路"倡議,中國農(nóng)業(yè)科技走出去以經(jīng)濟發(fā)展新常態(tài)下農(nóng)業(yè)供給側(cè)結(jié)構(gòu)性改革為契機,統(tǒng)籌"一帶一路"農(nóng)產(chǎn)品多元市場,整合農(nóng)業(yè)科技先進技術(shù)與裝備,充分發(fā)揮我國農(nóng)業(yè)科技比較優(yōu)勢,積極開拓"一帶一路"農(nóng)業(yè)科技走出去新領(lǐng)域。在已有中國對"一帶一路"國家農(nóng)業(yè)科技走出去如科技試驗、示范、推廣等基礎(chǔ)上,分析了"一帶一路"中國農(nóng)業(yè)科技走出去的現(xiàn)狀及特點,梳理了中國農(nóng)業(yè)科技走出去的問題,并提出對策建議,以期為"一帶一路"中國農(nóng)業(yè)科技走出去獻計獻策。
[Abstract]:On the basis of the "Belt and Road" initiative, China's agricultural science and technology going out took the opportunity of structural reform on the supply side of agriculture under the new normal state of economic development to co-ordinate the diversified market of "Belt and Road" agricultural products and integrate advanced technologies and equipment of agricultural science and technology.Give full play to China's comparative advantage in agricultural science and technology, and actively open up new fields of agricultural science and technology of Belt and Road.On the basis of the fact that China has carried out agricultural science and technology to "Belt and Road" countries, such as scientific and technological experiments, demonstration and popularization, this paper analyzes the present situation and characteristics of "Belt and Road" agricultural science and technology going out in China.This paper combs the problems of China's agricultural science and technology going out, and puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions in order to make suggestions for Belt and Road's going out of China's agricultural science and technology.
