【摘要】：長期以來,由于人類對自然的任意掠奪,全球資源與環(huán)境的嚴(yán)峻形勢對人類生存和發(fā)展產(chǎn)生巨大沖擊,這就迫使人類要走人與自然之間協(xié)調(diào)發(fā)展的道路。當(dāng)前,由農(nóng)藥、化肥、食品添加劑等化學(xué)制品的不合理使用引發(fā)的食品污染和品質(zhì)下降問題,受到人們的重點(diǎn)關(guān)注。世界各國都面臨著嚴(yán)峻挑戰(zhàn),并都在積極研究對策,大力發(fā)展和倡導(dǎo)綠色農(nóng)業(yè)。綠色農(nóng)業(yè)是現(xiàn)代農(nóng)業(yè)發(fā)展的趨勢,其作為綠色經(jīng)濟(jì)的一種形式,已在世界各國不斷的發(fā)展。我國雖然發(fā)展綠色農(nóng)業(yè)的時間較短,但也在各方面取得一定的成績。吉林省作為農(nóng)業(yè)大省,綠色農(nóng)業(yè)經(jīng)濟(jì)在吉林國民經(jīng)濟(jì)中的重要性日漸被各方認(rèn)同,因而發(fā)展綠色現(xiàn)代化農(nóng)業(yè)成為吉林省農(nóng)業(yè)發(fā)展的目標(biāo)。本文闡述了綠色農(nóng)業(yè)的基本概念、特征及發(fā)展趨勢和現(xiàn)實(shí)意義。根據(jù)吉林省農(nóng)業(yè)的實(shí)際情況,分析發(fā)展綠色農(nóng)業(yè)的地區(qū)優(yōu)勢和資源條件,以及選擇綠色發(fā)展道路的原因,通過案例分析總結(jié)現(xiàn)階段的重要成果和存在問題,以及國外綠色農(nóng)業(yè)發(fā)展經(jīng)驗(yàn)教訓(xùn)對吉林省綠色農(nóng)業(yè)發(fā)展的啟示,并找出適宜吉林省綠色農(nóng)業(yè)發(fā)展的有效舉措,探尋出吉林省綠色農(nóng)業(yè)健康、可持續(xù)發(fā)展的道路。
[Abstract]:For a long time, the severe situation of global resources and environment has had a great impact on the survival and development of human beings because of the arbitrary exploitation of nature by human beings, which forces human beings to take the road of harmonious development between human beings and nature.At present, people pay more attention to the problem of food pollution and quality decline caused by irrational use of pesticides, chemical fertilizers, food additives and so on.All countries in the world are facing severe challenges, and are actively studying countermeasures, vigorously developing and advocating green agriculture.Green agriculture is the trend of modern agriculture development. As a form of green economy, green agriculture has been developing all over the world.Although the development of green agriculture in China is relatively short time, but also made certain achievements in all aspects.As a big agricultural province in Jilin Province, the importance of green agricultural economy in Jilin national economy is increasingly recognized by all parties, so the development of green modern agriculture has become the goal of agricultural development in Jilin Province.This paper expounds the basic concept, characteristics, development trend and practical significance of green agriculture.According to the actual situation of agriculture in Jilin Province, this paper analyzes the regional advantages and resource conditions of developing green agriculture, and the reasons for choosing the green development road, and summarizes the important achievements and existing problems at this stage through case analysis.And the lessons of green agriculture development in foreign countries on the development of green agriculture in Jilin Province, and find out the effective measures suitable for the development of green agriculture in Jilin Province, and find out the way of healthy and sustainable development of green agriculture in Jilin Province.
