【摘要】：農(nóng)業(yè)是我國國民經(jīng)濟發(fā)展的基礎(chǔ),農(nóng)業(yè)強則國家強盛,農(nóng)村穩(wěn)則社會安定,農(nóng)民富則國民富,這就決定了“農(nóng)民、農(nóng)業(yè)、農(nóng)村”問題的解決是我國建設(shè)社會主義新農(nóng)村最艱巨的任務(wù)。作為農(nóng)村建設(shè)的策劃者,鄧小平在了解中國革命具體實踐的基礎(chǔ)上借鑒外國農(nóng)業(yè)發(fā)展經(jīng)驗,提出通過科學(xué)技術(shù)的進步來促進農(nóng)業(yè)的發(fā)展。通過對鄧小平農(nóng)業(yè)科技發(fā)思想的研究總結(jié)出對我國社會主義新農(nóng)村建設(shè)的啟示。通過探索分析鄧小平農(nóng)業(yè)科技發(fā)展思想形成的歷史背景、豐富內(nèi)涵和指導(dǎo)意義,使我們深刻意識到鄧小平農(nóng)業(yè)科技發(fā)展思想對當(dāng)今社會主義新農(nóng)村建設(shè)有重要的啟示。文章總共包括引言、正文、結(jié)語這三個部分。在引言這個部分主要介紹了鄧小平農(nóng)業(yè)科技發(fā)展思想的選題背景、研究意義和研究現(xiàn)狀。正文主要從四個章節(jié)對鄧小平農(nóng)業(yè)科技發(fā)展思想展開分析和寫作。第一章,從農(nóng)業(yè)科學(xué)技術(shù)在世界范圍內(nèi)突飛猛進的發(fā)展和當(dāng)時我國農(nóng)業(yè)發(fā)展所面臨的機遇和挑戰(zhàn)這三個方面對鄧小平農(nóng)業(yè)科技發(fā)展思想形成的歷史背景進行闡述和分析。第二章,在分析鄧小平農(nóng)業(yè)科技發(fā)展思想形成的歷史背景的基礎(chǔ)上,對鄧小平農(nóng)業(yè)科技發(fā)展思想的基本內(nèi)容進行了總結(jié)概括,主要包括“農(nóng)業(yè)是根本,不要忘掉”;提出“農(nóng)業(yè)最終要靠科學(xué)解決問題”,明確了發(fā)展農(nóng)業(yè)的根本途徑;尊重知識,重視農(nóng)業(yè)科技人才;重視教育,重視培育“新型農(nóng)民”;不斷創(chuàng)新農(nóng)業(yè)科技發(fā)展體制,確立以生物技術(shù)為主的農(nóng)業(yè)發(fā)展方向。第三章,根據(jù)鄧小平農(nóng)業(yè)科技發(fā)展思想的豐富內(nèi)涵分析出其思想的重要指導(dǎo)意義。第四章,由鄧小平農(nóng)業(yè)科技發(fā)展思想的豐富內(nèi)涵和重要意義,聯(lián)系當(dāng)前實際,總結(jié)出鄧小平農(nóng)業(yè)科技發(fā)展思想的對我國社會主義新農(nóng)村建設(shè)的啟示。要抓住農(nóng)業(yè)的“根本”地位;生物技術(shù)工程仍然是農(nóng)業(yè)技術(shù)的發(fā)展方向;抓好對新型農(nóng)民的科技培訓(xùn),積極發(fā)展我國農(nóng)村教育;積極培育和引進農(nóng)業(yè)科技人才。完善農(nóng)業(yè)科技投入機制,建立健全農(nóng)業(yè)科技推廣體系;以鄧小平農(nóng)業(yè)科技發(fā)展思想為指導(dǎo),通過科學(xué)技術(shù)的進步帶動我國農(nóng)業(yè)發(fā)展,推進我國新農(nóng)村建設(shè)。論文的最后一部分為結(jié)語,總結(jié)全篇。
[Abstract]:Agriculture is the foundation of the development of our national economy. Agriculture is strong and the country is strong, the countryside is stable and society is stable, and the peasants are rich and the people are rich. This determines that "peasants, agriculture,"The solution of the rural "problem is the most arduous task of building a new socialist countryside in our country."As the planner of rural construction, Deng Xiaoping, on the basis of understanding the concrete practice of Chinese revolution, drew lessons from foreign agricultural development experiences and proposed to promote the development of agriculture through the progress of science and technology.Through the study of Deng Xiaoping's thought of agricultural science and technology development, this paper sums up the enlightenment to the construction of new socialist countryside in China.By exploring and analyzing the historical background of Deng Xiaoping's thought of agricultural science and technology development, enriching the connotation and guiding significance, we can deeply realize that the thought of agricultural science and technology development of Deng Xiaoping has important enlightenment to the construction of the new socialist countryside.The article consists of three parts: introduction, text and conclusion.In the introduction, the author introduces the background, significance and current situation of Deng Xiaoping's thoughts on agricultural science and technology development.The text mainly from four chapters on Deng Xiaoping's agricultural science and technology development thought analysis and writing.The first chapter expounds and analyzes the historical background of Deng Xiaoping's thought of agricultural science and technology development from the three aspects of the rapid development of agricultural science and technology in the world and the opportunities and challenges faced by the agricultural development in China at that time.The second chapter, on the basis of analyzing the historical background of Deng Xiaoping's thought of agricultural science and technology development, summarizes the basic content of Deng Xiaoping's thought of agricultural science and technology development, mainly including "agriculture is fundamental, don't forget";The paper puts forward that "agriculture ultimately depends on science to solve problems", which clarifies the basic ways to develop agriculture; respects knowledge, attaches importance to agricultural science and technology talents, attaches importance to education and cultivation of "new farmers"; and constantly innovates the system of agricultural science and technology development.To establish a biotechnology-oriented agricultural development direction.Chapter three, according to the rich connotation of Deng Xiaoping's thought of agricultural science and technology development, analyzes the important guiding significance of his thought.The fourth chapter, from Deng Xiaoping's rich connotation and important significance of agricultural science and technology development thought, combined with the current reality, summed up the inspiration of Deng Xiaoping's agricultural science and technology development thought to the new socialist countryside construction of our country.It is necessary to grasp the "fundamental" position of agriculture; biotechnology engineering is still the development direction of agricultural technology; scientific and technological training for new farmers should be carried out; rural education in our country should be actively developed; and agricultural science and technology talents should be actively cultivated and imported.Improve the mechanism of agricultural science and technology investment, establish and perfect agricultural science and technology extension system, take Deng Xiaoping's thought of agricultural science and technology development as the guide, promote our country's agricultural development through the progress of science and technology, promote the construction of new countryside of our country.The last part of the paper is a conclusion, summing up the whole article.
