【摘要】：中國農(nóng)業(yè)處于全球農(nóng)業(yè)價值鏈的"微笑曲線"谷底,長期遭受不平等待遇。對農(nóng)產(chǎn)品出口技術(shù)復(fù)雜度所作的測算顯示,相對于G20國家而言,中國農(nóng)業(yè)在全球農(nóng)業(yè)價值鏈地位并不高,且與最高國家差距呈現(xiàn)逐漸擴大的趨勢。對G20國家農(nóng)業(yè)OFDI數(shù)據(jù)所作的面板回歸表明,農(nóng)業(yè)OFDI存在溢出效應(yīng),能夠提升母國農(nóng)業(yè)出口貿(mào)易品技術(shù)含量,且其提升需要"學習過程"。此外,農(nóng)業(yè)FDI對出口貿(mào)易品技術(shù)含量的影響具有滯后性。據(jù)此,研究認為,中國為了實現(xiàn)全球農(nóng)業(yè)價值鏈地位的攀升,應(yīng)該進一步鼓勵農(nóng)業(yè)企業(yè)"走出去";改善農(nóng)業(yè)投資環(huán)境,為外商直接投資創(chuàng)造條件;提高對外開放程度,為農(nóng)業(yè)發(fā)展提供支持;推動金融體制改革,提高國內(nèi)金融服務(wù)發(fā)展程度。
[Abstract]:China agriculture is a global agricultural value chain "smile curve" bottom, long suffering injustice. Estimates show the export of agricultural products made by the technical complexity, compared to G20 countries, China agriculture is not high in the global value chain of agricultural status, and the highest state of gap is gradually expanding. For G20 the national agricultural OFDI panel data regression analysis showed that the agricultural OFDI spillover effect, to enhance the agricultural product export trade country technical content, and the need to enhance the learning process. In addition, effects of FDI on the export trade of agricultural product technical content has lagged behind. Therefore, in order to achieve the research that China rising global agricultural value chain the status of agriculture should further encourage enterprises to "go out"; improve agricultural investment environment, create conditions for foreign direct investment; improve the openness, provide support for agricultural development; We will promote the reform of the financial system and improve the development of domestic financial services.
