【摘要】：本文首先總結(jié)和概括了綠色農(nóng)產(chǎn)品產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈理論,結(jié)合系統(tǒng)論和協(xié)同論觀點,提出黑龍江省的綠色農(nóng)產(chǎn)品產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈的定義。根據(jù)黑龍江統(tǒng)計年鑒數(shù)據(jù),對產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈的影響因素進(jìn)行了分類分析,為產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈的整合奠定基礎(chǔ)。對黑龍江綠色農(nóng)產(chǎn)品產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈的結(jié)構(gòu)進(jìn)行了分析,根據(jù)產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈的現(xiàn)狀,提出產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈的基本結(jié)構(gòu),總體分為上游環(huán)節(jié)、中游環(huán)節(jié)、下游環(huán)節(jié)、和貫穿整個鏈條的環(huán)境因素:政策環(huán)境和市場環(huán)境。然后,對綠色農(nóng)產(chǎn)品整合的目標(biāo)進(jìn)行分析,運(yùn)用產(chǎn)業(yè)組織理論、交易費(fèi)用理論、企業(yè)能力理論,給出整合目標(biāo):協(xié)同運(yùn)作,目的是提高創(chuàng)造顧客價值的能力,以取得競爭優(yōu)勢。整合模式包括股權(quán)并購模式、戰(zhàn)略聯(lián)盟模式和產(chǎn)業(yè)集群模式。最后,提出黑龍江省綠色農(nóng)產(chǎn)品產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈的整合策略:橫向整合和垂直整合相結(jié)合的策略。其中橫向整合設(shè)定三個環(huán)節(jié):種植產(chǎn)業(yè)的橫向整合——建立農(nóng)民專業(yè)合作社;加工產(chǎn)業(yè)的橫向整合——以農(nóng)業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)化龍頭企業(yè)為核心,以地域特色產(chǎn)業(yè)集群為依托,以資產(chǎn)重組、資本兼并為手段,實現(xiàn)農(nóng)產(chǎn)品加工企業(yè)的集團(tuán)化;市場營銷產(chǎn)業(yè)的橫向整合——建立期貨交易市場。垂直整合設(shè)定三環(huán):第一環(huán)原料來源;第二環(huán)原料加工;第三環(huán)市場和品牌。將綠色農(nóng)產(chǎn)品種植、存儲、加工、銷售等環(huán)節(jié)上的企業(yè)通過戰(zhàn)略聯(lián)盟、股權(quán)并購等各種模式鏈接起來,形成縱向一體化的鏈條,即產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈,生產(chǎn)資料在整個產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈中實現(xiàn)優(yōu)化配置,可提高企業(yè)競爭力。
[Abstract]:Firstly, this paper summarizes and generalizes the theory of green agricultural product industrial chain, and puts forward the definition of green agricultural product industrial chain in Heilongjiang Province.According to the statistical yearbook data of Heilongjiang province, the factors affecting the industrial chain are classified and analyzed, which lays a foundation for the integration of the industrial chain.The structure of the green agricultural product industrial chain in Heilongjiang is analyzed. According to the present situation of the industrial chain, the basic structure of the industrial chain is put forward, which is divided into the upstream link, the middle stream link and the downstream link.And throughout the chain of environmental factors: policy environment and market environment.Then, the paper analyzes the goal of green agricultural product integration, applies the theory of industrial organization, the theory of transaction cost and the theory of enterprise ability, and puts forward the goal of integration: cooperative operation, the purpose is to improve the ability of creating customer value, in order to obtain the competitive advantage.Integration mode includes equity merger mode, strategic alliance model and industrial cluster model.Finally, the integration strategy of green agricultural product industry chain in Heilongjiang province is put forward: the combination of horizontal integration and vertical integration.Among them, horizontal integration sets up three links: the horizontal integration of planting industry, the establishment of farmers' specialized cooperative, the horizontal integration of processing industry with the leading enterprises of agricultural industrialization as the core, and the industry cluster with regional characteristics as the basis.By means of asset reorganization and capital merger, the agri-product processing enterprises should be collectivized, and the horizontal integration of marketing industry should be carried out to establish the futures trading market.Vertical integration sets three rings: the first ring raw material source; the second ring raw material processing; the third ring market and brand.Linking up the enterprises in the links of planting, storing, processing and marketing of green agricultural products through strategic alliances, equity mergers and acquisitions, etc., to form a chain of vertical integration, that is, the industrial chain.Means of production in the entire industrial chain to achieve optimal allocation, can improve the competitiveness of enterprises.
