【摘要】：在人類社會(huì)發(fā)展的任何一個(gè)時(shí)期,農(nóng)業(yè)作為國(guó)民經(jīng)濟(jì)的基礎(chǔ),是人們展開(kāi)生產(chǎn)活動(dòng)的前提和保障,農(nóng)業(yè)的基礎(chǔ)地位如果受到挑戰(zhàn),將影響到整個(gè)人類社會(huì)的生存和發(fā)展。農(nóng)業(yè)的現(xiàn)代化是解決中國(guó)“三農(nóng)”問(wèn)題的關(guān)鍵,也是推動(dòng)我國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)社會(huì)持續(xù)快速增長(zhǎng)的基礎(chǔ)。目前,我國(guó)的農(nóng)業(yè)現(xiàn)代化水平嚴(yán)重落后于國(guó)民經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展水平,農(nóng)業(yè)現(xiàn)代化建設(shè)的滯后已成為制約我國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的瓶頸問(wèn)題。黨和政府歷來(lái)重視農(nóng)業(yè)問(wèn)題和農(nóng)業(yè)現(xiàn)代化的建設(shè)。黨的十八大更是強(qiáng)調(diào)了要建設(shè)具有中國(guó)特色的農(nóng)業(yè)現(xiàn)代化,強(qiáng)調(diào)了工業(yè)化、信息化、城鎮(zhèn)化、農(nóng)業(yè)現(xiàn)代化同步協(xié)調(diào)發(fā)展,這充分說(shuō)明了黨對(duì)中國(guó)特色的農(nóng)業(yè)現(xiàn)代化建設(shè)的重視。因此,對(duì)中國(guó)特色的農(nóng)業(yè)現(xiàn)代化理論用中國(guó)的話語(yǔ)體系進(jìn)行完整而科學(xué)的研究,對(duì)于推動(dòng)我國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)社會(huì)的發(fā)展和全面實(shí)現(xiàn)我國(guó)的現(xiàn)代化,不僅具有非常重要的理論意義,也具有很大的實(shí)踐價(jià)值。文章基于國(guó)內(nèi)外學(xué)者的相關(guān)研究成果,并緊扣十八大以來(lái)我國(guó)特色農(nóng)業(yè)現(xiàn)代化建設(shè)中遇到的新情況和新問(wèn)題,在此基礎(chǔ)上本文努力爭(zhēng)取有所突破創(chuàng)新。本文主要通過(guò)以下幾個(gè)部分進(jìn)行研究:第一個(gè)部分引言,包含了研究的背景、綜述、內(nèi)容、方法、創(chuàng)新之處與主要概念界定,為后文的展開(kāi)奠定堅(jiān)實(shí)的理論基礎(chǔ);第二部分簡(jiǎn)要梳理了馬克思主義經(jīng)典作家的農(nóng)業(yè)現(xiàn)代化理論,探討了中國(guó)特色農(nóng)業(yè)現(xiàn)代化理論的淵源;第三部分簡(jiǎn)單分析了具有代表性的美日兩國(guó)農(nóng)業(yè)現(xiàn)代化的模式,為探討中國(guó)特色的農(nóng)業(yè)現(xiàn)代化理論找到一個(gè)可作參考的對(duì)象;第四部分詳細(xì)論述了中國(guó)特色的農(nóng)業(yè)現(xiàn)代化理論的發(fā)展歷程、基本特征和時(shí)代價(jià)值,具體分析了中國(guó)特色的農(nóng)業(yè)現(xiàn)代化理論;第五部分對(duì)當(dāng)前中國(guó)特色農(nóng)業(yè)現(xiàn)代化進(jìn)程中存在的主要問(wèn)題進(jìn)行思考,并給出了解決問(wèn)題的建議;最后一個(gè)部分對(duì)本文的主要內(nèi)容進(jìn)行了總結(jié),并得出相關(guān)結(jié)論。
[Abstract]:In any period of the development of human society, agriculture, as the foundation of the national economy, is the prerequisite and guarantee for people to carry out productive activities. If the basic position of agriculture is challenged, it will affect the survival and development of the whole human society.The modernization of agriculture is the key to solve the problem of agriculture, rural areas and farmers in China, and also the basis to promote the sustained and rapid economic and social growth in China.At present, the level of agricultural modernization in our country lags behind the level of national economic development seriously, and the lag of agricultural modernization construction has become the bottleneck problem that restricts the economic development of our country.The Party and the government have always attached importance to agricultural problems and the construction of agricultural modernization.The 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China emphasized the construction of agricultural modernization with Chinese characteristics, and emphasized the coordinated development of industrialization, informatization, urbanization and agricultural modernization, which fully shows the importance the Party attaches to the construction of agricultural modernization with Chinese characteristics.Therefore, it is not only of great theoretical significance to study the theory of agricultural modernization with Chinese characteristics using Chinese discourse system, but also to promote the economic and social development of our country and to realize the modernization of our country in an all-round way.It also has great practical value.Based on the research results of scholars at home and abroad and the new situation and problems encountered in the modernization of agriculture with characteristics since the 18th National Congress of the CPC, this paper tries to strive for some breakthrough and innovation.This article mainly through the following several parts to carry on the research: the first part preface, including the research background, the summary, the content, the method, the innovation place and the main concept definition, establishes the solid theoretical foundation for the later article unfolds;The second part briefly combs the agricultural modernization theory of the classical Marxist writers, probes into the origin of the agricultural modernization theory with Chinese characteristics, and the third part briefly analyzes the representative agricultural modernization models of the United States and Japan.In order to explore the theory of agricultural modernization with Chinese characteristics to find a reference object, the fourth part discusses the development of agricultural modernization theory with Chinese characteristics, the basic characteristics and the value of the times.The fifth part thinks about the main problems existing in the process of agricultural modernization with Chinese characteristics and gives some suggestions to solve the problems.The last part summarizes the main contents of this paper and draws the relevant conclusions.
