【摘要】:農(nóng)村勞動(dòng)力外出就業(yè)是連接城鄉(xiāng)、地區(qū)、農(nóng)業(yè)和非農(nóng)產(chǎn)業(yè)協(xié)調(diào)發(fā)展的紐帶。隨著貴州省農(nóng)民工代際稟賦逐漸趨于差異化、農(nóng)民工群體日趨年輕化,在產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)不斷優(yōu)化的背景下,研究貴州省新生代農(nóng)民工就業(yè)地選擇行為特征及其影響因素,把握新生代農(nóng)民工就業(yè)地點(diǎn)選擇的規(guī)律,對(duì)破解諸多制約因素,構(gòu)建實(shí)現(xiàn)農(nóng)村勞動(dòng)力穩(wěn)定就業(yè)、促進(jìn)農(nóng)村勞動(dòng)力合理遷移的制度環(huán)境有著重要的現(xiàn)實(shí)指導(dǎo)意義,同時(shí)也對(duì)有效配置農(nóng)村勞動(dòng)力資源、增加農(nóng)民收入、優(yōu)化產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)有著重要的促進(jìn)作用。本文重點(diǎn)研究貴州省新生代農(nóng)民工就業(yè)地點(diǎn)選擇決策的問題,將貴州省新生代農(nóng)民工就業(yè)地點(diǎn)選擇方案分為家庭所在鄉(xiāng)鎮(zhèn)、家庭所在縣城、縣外市內(nèi)、市外省內(nèi)和省外五種。該課題利用多屬性決策理論的分析工具,以貴州省為例,通過發(fā)放調(diào)查問卷獲得相關(guān)數(shù)據(jù),將模糊多目標(biāo)行為決策模型和多項(xiàng)logistic回歸分析模型相結(jié)合,對(duì)有限理性條件下新生代農(nóng)民工就業(yè)地選擇行為進(jìn)行實(shí)證分析。通過模型實(shí)證分析結(jié)果和調(diào)查統(tǒng)計(jì)數(shù)據(jù)對(duì)比得出,在信息無偏和信息有偏條件下,貴州省新生代農(nóng)民工就業(yè)地點(diǎn)的選擇是否達(dá)到最優(yōu)或者最滿意的狀態(tài),從而根據(jù)實(shí)證分析結(jié)果得出相應(yīng)的結(jié)論和政策啟示。
[Abstract]:Rural labor force employment is a link between urban and rural areas, agriculture and non-agricultural industries.With the gradual differentiation of the intergenerational endowment of migrant workers in Guizhou Province, the migrant workers are becoming younger and younger. Under the background of continuous optimization of industrial structure, this paper studies the behavioral characteristics of the new generation migrant workers' employment choice and its influencing factors in Guizhou Province.Grasping the law of employment location selection of the new generation of migrant workers has important practical guiding significance to break through many restrictive factors, construct the institutional environment to realize the stable employment of rural labor force and promote the rational migration of rural labor force.At the same time, it also plays an important role in the effective allocation of rural labor resources, the increase of farmers' income and the optimization of industrial structure.This paper focuses on the choice of employment location for the new generation of migrant workers in Guizhou Province. The new generation of migrant workers in Guizhou Province is divided into five types: the township where the family is located, the county seat of the family, the city outside the county, the city outside the province and the outside of the province.Using the analysis tool of multi-attribute decision making theory and taking Guizhou province as an example, the relevant data are obtained by issuing questionnaires, and the fuzzy multi-objective behavior decision model and the multi-item logistic regression analysis model are combined.This paper makes an empirical analysis of the new generation of migrant workers' employment choice behavior under the condition of limited rationality.By comparing the results of empirical analysis of the model with the statistical data of investigation, it is concluded that under the condition of unbiased information and biased information, whether the choice of employment location of the new generation of migrant workers in Guizhou Province reaches the optimal or the most satisfactory state.According to the results of empirical analysis, the corresponding conclusions and policy implications are obtained.
