【摘要】：牧草地是畜牧業(yè)發(fā)展的根本,牧草地流轉(zhuǎn)對于提高牧戶生產(chǎn)經(jīng)濟(jì)效益,加快牧民增收和牧區(qū)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展有重要的意義。選擇新疆三大牧業(yè)大區(qū)作為項(xiàng)目區(qū),隨機(jī)選取項(xiàng)目區(qū)典型村的牧戶為具體研究對象,通過定性定量分析與規(guī)范實(shí)證分析相結(jié)合,分析出人工牧草地流轉(zhuǎn)意愿的影響因素變量。研究針對牧戶是否愿意流轉(zhuǎn)人工牧草地,運(yùn)用逐步回歸模型分析得出影響牧戶流轉(zhuǎn)意愿的主要因素有戶主文化程度、家庭勞動(dòng)力人數(shù)、牧戶擁有人工牧草地面積、牲畜養(yǎng)殖方式、牧草地流轉(zhuǎn)前家庭收入來源、流轉(zhuǎn)后家庭收入變化及種植飼料是否足夠用于喂養(yǎng)自家的牲畜等,并分析這些因素如何影響牧戶人工牧草地流轉(zhuǎn)意愿。最后根據(jù)結(jié)論提出對策建議,以期完善牧草地流轉(zhuǎn)機(jī)制。
[Abstract]:Pasture land is the foundation of animal husbandry development. The circulation of pasture land is of great significance to improve the economic benefit of herdsmen and accelerate the increase of herdsmen's income and the economic development of pastoral areas.Three major animal husbandry areas in Xinjiang were selected as project areas, and the pastoral households of typical villages in the project area were selected as the specific research objects. Through the combination of qualitative and quantitative analysis and normative and empirical analysis, the factors influencing the turnover of artificial pasture land were analyzed.In view of whether the herdsmen are willing to transfer artificial pasture land, the main factors influencing the willingness of pastoral households are the cultural level of the head of household, the number of family labor force, the area of artificial pasture land, and the analysis of stepwise regression model.The way of raising livestock, the source of family income before the transfer of pasture land, the change of family income after the circulation, and whether the planting feed is enough to feed their own livestock, etc., and how these factors affect the willingness of artificial pasture land circulation of herdsmen are analyzed.Finally, countermeasures and suggestions are put forward in order to improve the mechanism of forage land circulation.
