【摘要】：畜牧業(yè)是促進(jìn)我國(guó)農(nóng)業(yè)發(fā)展及農(nóng)村經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的支柱性產(chǎn)業(yè),它的不斷發(fā)展給予國(guó)家糧食安全和農(nóng)民收入強(qiáng)有力的保障。這對(duì)促進(jìn)國(guó)民經(jīng)濟(jì)的協(xié)調(diào)發(fā)展有著十分重要的推進(jìn)作用。當(dāng)前,我國(guó)農(nóng)業(yè)已經(jīng)邁入了一個(gè)新的發(fā)展時(shí)代,大力支持農(nóng)業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)調(diào)整,提升農(nóng)民收入水平是未來(lái)農(nóng)業(yè)發(fā)展的重中之重。在這樣的大背景之下,我們必須堅(jiān)定不移的發(fā)展畜牧業(yè),促進(jìn)我國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展。與此同時(shí),我國(guó)的養(yǎng)豬生產(chǎn)正面臨著自身生產(chǎn)力水平較低、環(huán)保問(wèn)題日漸突出、國(guó)外豬肉大量進(jìn)口等方面的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)與劣勢(shì),這些也是促進(jìn)養(yǎng)豬行業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)型發(fā)展的動(dòng)力。養(yǎng)豬業(yè)是中國(guó)農(nóng)業(yè)中的重要產(chǎn)業(yè),在世界養(yǎng)豬業(yè)生產(chǎn)中有著舉足輕重的地位。養(yǎng)豬業(yè)的健康發(fā)展和豬肉的穩(wěn)定供應(yīng)對(duì)于農(nóng)業(yè)經(jīng)濟(jì)和國(guó)計(jì)民生均有著重要意義。2015年我國(guó)母豬存欄5000萬(wàn)頭,年生豬出欄70825萬(wàn)頭,生豬出欄率高達(dá)152%。2015年末,全國(guó)生豬存欄45113萬(wàn)頭。中國(guó)生豬產(chǎn)業(yè)的發(fā)展已經(jīng)不是盲目地?cái)U(kuò)大規(guī)模,而是步入一個(gè)綜合考慮平衡發(fā)展的新紀(jì)元。引進(jìn)健康的種豬十分關(guān)鍵,只有種好,后續(xù)才會(huì)有更優(yōu)良的發(fā)展,所以,育種環(huán)節(jié),它是生豬產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈的首要環(huán)節(jié),它的發(fā)展對(duì)養(yǎng)豬業(yè)客觀重要,同時(shí)對(duì)畜牧業(yè)來(lái)說(shuō)也是非常重要的一個(gè)環(huán)節(jié)。本文主要采用閱讀文獻(xiàn)、查閱資料的方法,以及到沈陽(yáng)博�？蒲蟹N豬場(chǎng)進(jìn)行實(shí)地考察,了解到豬場(chǎng)的相關(guān)信息。首先,對(duì)豬場(chǎng)基本情況的簡(jiǎn)介,豬場(chǎng)發(fā)展定位的分析以及對(duì)博睿種豬場(chǎng)經(jīng)營(yíng)效益情況進(jìn)行剖析。其次,從四個(gè)方面分析豬場(chǎng)經(jīng)營(yíng)效益的影響因素:引種育種的質(zhì)量差異、飼料配比的成本、豬舍環(huán)境與內(nèi)部設(shè)施的完善程度、生物安全與防疫制度的健全程度。在這一部分,主要分析博睿種豬場(chǎng)的做法是如何影響到豬場(chǎng)的經(jīng)營(yíng)效益。再次,介紹國(guó)外種豬業(yè)典型的案例,本文以丹麥種豬業(yè)發(fā)展為鑒,通過(guò)歸納的形式總結(jié)其發(fā)展優(yōu)勢(shì)。最后一部分,分析博睿豬場(chǎng)的養(yǎng)豬模式,推廣好的做法和經(jīng)驗(yàn),另一方面,豬場(chǎng)做的不到位的地方,在與國(guó)外先進(jìn)模式的對(duì)比下,提出規(guī)避或解決的辦法。
[Abstract]:Animal husbandry is a pillar industry to promote the development of agriculture and rural economy in China. Its continuous development provides a strong guarantee for national food security and farmers' income.This to promote the coordinated development of the national economy has a very important role in promoting.At present, China's agriculture has entered a new era of development. It is the most important of the future agricultural development to support the adjustment of agricultural industrial structure and raise the level of farmers' income.Under this background, we must unswervingly develop animal husbandry and promote our economic development.At the same time, China's pig production is facing a low level of productivity, environmental protection problems increasingly prominent, foreign pork imports and other aspects of competition and inferiority, these are also to promote the transformation and development of pig industry.Pig industry is an important industry in Chinese agriculture and plays an important role in the world pig industry.The healthy development of pig industry and the stable supply of pork are of great significance to the agricultural economy and the national economy and people's livelihood. In 2015, 50 million sows were stored in China, 708.25 million pigs per year, and 451.13 million pigs in the whole country by the end of 152.2015.The development of Chinese pig industry has entered a new era of comprehensive consideration and balanced development instead of blindly expanding its scale.The introduction of healthy breeding pigs is very critical, and only if they are planted well will there be better development in the future. Therefore, breeding links, it is the primary link in the pig industry chain, and its development is objectively important to the pig industry.At the same time, animal husbandry is also a very important link.This article mainly adopts the method of reading the literature, consulting the data, and making a field inspection to Shenyang Beolui scientific research and breeding farm, to find out the relevant information of the pig farm.Firstly, the brief introduction of pig farm, the analysis of the development orientation of pig farm and the analysis of the management benefit of Borroy breeding pig farm.Secondly, the factors influencing the management benefit of pig farm were analyzed from four aspects: the quality difference of introduction and breeding, the cost of feed proportion, the perfect degree of environment and internal facilities of pig house, the degree of biosafety and the perfection of epidemic prevention system.In this part, the article mainly analyzes how to affect the operation efficiency of pig farm.Thirdly, this paper introduces the typical cases of pig breeding in foreign countries, and summarizes the advantages of Danish pig breeding industry by summing up the development of Danish pig industry in the form of induction.In the last part, the author analyzes the pig raising mode, popularizes the good practice and experience, on the other hand, puts forward the way to avoid or solve the pig farm which is not in place in the contrast with the foreign advanced mode.
