【摘要】:農(nóng)業(yè)是我國(guó)國(guó)民經(jīng)濟(jì)的基礎(chǔ),我國(guó)農(nóng)業(yè)生產(chǎn)資料的消耗量也一直處于世界前列。但目前農(nóng)資物流市場(chǎng)卻存在物流服務(wù)體系不完善、管理水平較低、信息技術(shù)手段貧乏等諸多問(wèn)題,嚴(yán)重阻礙我國(guó)農(nóng)資物流產(chǎn)業(yè)的發(fā)展。其中配送過(guò)程偏僻復(fù)雜是農(nóng)資物流研究的重要問(wèn)題之一,因此如何借助高科技手段,規(guī)劃合理高效的,滿載率最優(yōu)的路徑將農(nóng)資產(chǎn)品配送成功,成為了亟待解決的問(wèn)題。本文在分析農(nóng)資物流發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀的基礎(chǔ)上,針對(duì)農(nóng)資物流過(guò)程信息不準(zhǔn)確、效率低下的不足,重點(diǎn)解決農(nóng)資產(chǎn)品的物流運(yùn)輸路線優(yōu)化問(wèn)題,并結(jié)合移動(dòng)計(jì)算技術(shù)構(gòu)建一個(gè)“隨時(shí)、隨身、隨地”的農(nóng)資物流一體化信息平臺(tái),有效提高農(nóng)資流通效率,優(yōu)化農(nóng)資銷(xiāo)售模式,具有一定的可行性。本文的主要研究?jī)?nèi)容如下:(1)農(nóng)資物流信息化發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀研究。對(duì)移動(dòng)計(jì)算技術(shù)、物流信息化等相關(guān)基礎(chǔ)理論進(jìn)行闡述,結(jié)合農(nóng)資物流國(guó)內(nèi)外發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀,分析農(nóng)資物流領(lǐng)域存在的問(wèn)題。(2)改進(jìn)的節(jié)約算法和蟻群算法的研究。研究農(nóng)資流通過(guò)程中的運(yùn)輸環(huán)節(jié),建立了車(chē)輛路線問(wèn)題數(shù)學(xué)模型,分析了常用的求解算法,以農(nóng)資中的農(nóng)藥為例,參考安徽省一年的農(nóng)資統(tǒng)計(jì)數(shù)據(jù),分別探討改進(jìn)節(jié)約算法和蟻群算法,實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明兩種方法都具有較為明顯的優(yōu)化效果,能夠?yàn)檗r(nóng)資物流企業(yè)的管理者提供輔助決策。(3)構(gòu)建基于移動(dòng)計(jì)算的農(nóng)資物流信息化平臺(tái)。PC端采用B/S結(jié)構(gòu)開(kāi)發(fā),便于對(duì)系統(tǒng)的管理,其中的車(chē)輛調(diào)度管理模塊,基于改進(jìn)的蟻群算法,在安排運(yùn)輸車(chē)輛的路線時(shí)能夠?yàn)楣芾碚咛峁┮欢ǖ臎Q策參考:移動(dòng)端基于當(dāng)前應(yīng)用廣泛的Android系統(tǒng)開(kāi)發(fā),利用移動(dòng)設(shè)備本身的靈活性與便捷性,能夠更加方便的實(shí)現(xiàn)數(shù)據(jù)的實(shí)時(shí)傳輸與共享,為農(nóng)資物流行業(yè)的信息化提供了新的方式。在安徽省十二五科技攻關(guān)項(xiàng)目課題的支持下,本論文研究成果成功的將移動(dòng)計(jì)算運(yùn)用到農(nóng)資物流服務(wù)領(lǐng)域中,有效地優(yōu)化農(nóng)資物流管理模式,減少農(nóng)資物流成本,降低農(nóng)資行業(yè)的風(fēng)險(xiǎn),提升物流的服務(wù)質(zhì)量,具有一定理論意義和實(shí)際應(yīng)用價(jià)值。
[Abstract]:Agriculture is the foundation of our national economy, and the consumption of agricultural means of production in our country has been in the forefront of the world. However, at present, the logistics service system is not perfect and the management level is low in the agricultural material logistics market. The lack of information technology means seriously hinders the development of agricultural material logistics industry in China, in which the complicated distribution process is one of the important problems in the research of agricultural material logistics, so how to plan reasonably and efficiently with the help of high-tech means, The optimal path of full load rate makes the distribution of agricultural material products successful and becomes an urgent problem to be solved. Based on the analysis of the present situation of the development of agricultural material logistics, this paper aims at the shortcomings of inaccurate information and low efficiency in the process of agricultural material logistics. This paper focuses on solving the problem of optimizing the logistics and transportation route of agricultural material products, and combining with mobile computing technology to construct an integrated information platform of agricultural material logistics "at any time, with people and anywhere", so as to effectively improve the circulation efficiency of agricultural materials and optimize the marketing mode of agricultural materials. The main research contents of this paper are as follows: 1) the current situation of the development of agricultural material logistics informatization. Related basic theories, such as mobile computing technology, logistics informatization and so on, are expounded, and combined with the current development situation of agricultural material logistics at home and abroad, This paper analyzes the problems existing in the field of agricultural material logistics.) the improved saving algorithm and ant colony algorithm are studied. The transportation links in the process of agricultural material circulation are studied, the mathematical model of vehicle routing problem is established, and the common solving algorithms are analyzed. Taking pesticide in agricultural material as an example and referring to the statistical data of agricultural material in Anhui province for one year, the improved saving algorithm and ant colony algorithm are discussed respectively. The experimental results show that the two methods have obvious optimization effect. It can provide assistant decision for the managers of agricultural material logistics enterprises. (3) construct the information platform of agricultural material logistics based on mobile computing. The PC end adopts B / S structure to develop the system, which is convenient for the management of the system, and the vehicle dispatching management module. Based on the improved ant colony algorithm, it can provide a certain decision reference for the manager when arranging the route of the transportation vehicle: the mobile terminal is based on the widely used Android system, and makes use of the flexibility and convenience of the mobile device itself. It is more convenient to realize the real-time transmission and sharing of data, which provides a new way for the informationization of agricultural material logistics industry. The research results of this paper successfully apply mobile computing to the field of agricultural material logistics service, effectively optimize the management mode of agricultural material logistics, reduce the cost of agricultural material logistics, reduce the risk of agricultural material industry, and improve the service quality of logistics. It has certain theoretical significance and practical application value.
