【摘要】：自我國于2001年加入WTO后,貿(mào)易的國際化趨勢愈演愈烈。從紡織、服裝、玩具小商品的出口,到家電、手機(jī)、汽車的出口,我國外貿(mào)經(jīng)濟(jì)在高速發(fā)展。作為一個世界性的農(nóng)業(yè)大國,我國農(nóng)業(yè)的國際貿(mào)易開展得如火如荼,但因此也出現(xiàn)一個很大的問題——環(huán)境污染。人們對生活水平要求提高,而環(huán)保觀念不足,導(dǎo)致生態(tài)環(huán)境遭受了巨大的破壞。要解決環(huán)境污染問題,就必須在保持住經(jīng)濟(jì)繼續(xù)平穩(wěn)、快速發(fā)展的前提下,采用低碳、環(huán)保的方式減輕環(huán)境污染,實(shí)現(xiàn)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的轉(zhuǎn)型。本文根據(jù)我國農(nóng)業(yè)國際貿(mào)易的現(xiàn)狀,著力分析低碳經(jīng)濟(jì)對農(nóng)業(yè)國際貿(mào)易的影響,分析低碳經(jīng)濟(jì)的誕生原理和發(fā)展方式。號召人民著力落實(shí)黨的指導(dǎo)方針,轉(zhuǎn)變現(xiàn)有農(nóng)業(yè)發(fā)展方式,改變我國農(nóng)業(yè)發(fā)展體制,提高我國農(nóng)業(yè)發(fā)展水平。
[Abstract]:Since China joined the WTO in 2001, the international trend of trade has intensified. From the export of textiles, clothing and toys, to the export of household appliances, mobile phones and cars, China's foreign trade economy is developing at a high speed. As a big agricultural country in the world, the international trade of our country's agriculture is in full swing, but there is also a big problem-environmental pollution. In order to solve the problem of environmental pollution, we must, on the premise of maintaining a steady and rapid development of the economy, adopt a low-carbon and environmentally friendly way to reduce environmental pollution. According to the current situation of international agricultural trade in China, this paper analyzes the impact of low-carbon economy on agricultural international trade, analyzes the birth principle and development mode of low-carbon economy, and calls on the people to implement the Party's guiding principles. To change the existing mode of agricultural development, change our agricultural development system, improve the level of agricultural development in China.
