【摘要】：自城鄉(xiāng)居民基本養(yǎng)老保險(xiǎn)正式實(shí)施以來(lái),農(nóng)民參保意愿一直不高。對(duì)于這一問(wèn)題的研究,學(xué)者們多聚焦在客觀因素上,而風(fēng)險(xiǎn)認(rèn)知作為主觀意愿的影響因素之一卻少被關(guān)注。為了了解風(fēng)險(xiǎn)認(rèn)知對(duì)農(nóng)民參保意愿的作用路徑,本文借鑒PTC模型,結(jié)合我國(guó)城鄉(xiāng)居民基本養(yǎng)老保險(xiǎn)實(shí)施情況,構(gòu)建風(fēng)險(xiǎn)認(rèn)知影響農(nóng)民參保意愿的模型,并依據(jù)江西省南昌市部分行政村909份有效調(diào)查問(wèn)卷數(shù)據(jù),采用結(jié)構(gòu)方程模型對(duì)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)認(rèn)知影響農(nóng)民參保意愿模型進(jìn)行模擬、修正和檢驗(yàn),通過(guò)實(shí)證分析以期對(duì)完善我國(guó)城鄉(xiāng)居民基本養(yǎng)老保險(xiǎn)制度提供理論支持。本文研究結(jié)果表明:政策信任對(duì)養(yǎng)老風(fēng)險(xiǎn)認(rèn)知和參保意愿均有顯著正向影響,但其對(duì)消費(fèi)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)認(rèn)知的影響并不顯著;保險(xiǎn)認(rèn)知對(duì)消費(fèi)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)認(rèn)知有顯著負(fù)向影響,對(duì)參保意愿有顯著正向影響;養(yǎng)老風(fēng)險(xiǎn)認(rèn)知對(duì)參保意愿有顯著正向影響;消費(fèi)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)認(rèn)知對(duì)參保意愿有顯著負(fù)向影響。結(jié)合風(fēng)險(xiǎn)理論相關(guān)知識(shí)和南昌市新建縣各行政村農(nóng)民參保實(shí)際情況對(duì)假設(shè)檢驗(yàn)結(jié)果加以解釋說(shuō)明。最后基于調(diào)查分析結(jié)果,并結(jié)合當(dāng)?shù)鼐唧w情況,提出相關(guān)政策建議。
[Abstract]:Since the formal implementation of basic old-age insurance for urban and rural residents, the willingness of farmers to participate in the insurance has been low. For the study of this issue, scholars mostly focus on objective factors. However, risk cognition as one of the influencing factors of subjective will is less concerned. In order to understand the role of risk cognition on farmers' willingness to participate in insurance, this paper draws lessons from PTC model and combines the implementation of basic old-age insurance for urban and rural residents in China. Based on 909 valid questionnaire data of some administrative villages of Nanchang City, Jiangxi Province, the model of risk cognition influencing farmers' willingness to participate in insurance is simulated, revised and tested by structural equation model. Through the empirical analysis to provide theoretical support to improve the basic old-age insurance system of urban and rural residents in China. The results of this study show that policy trust has a significant positive impact on pension risk awareness and insurance willingness. But its influence on consumer risk cognition is not significant; insurance cognition has significant negative influence on consumption risk cognition and significant positive influence on insurance intention; pension risk cognition has significant positive influence on insurance intention; Consumer risk cognition has a significant negative impact on the willingness to participate in insurance. Combined with the relevant knowledge of risk theory and the actual situation of farmers in various administrative villages in Xinjian County, Nanchang City, the hypothesis test results are explained. Finally, based on the results of investigation and analysis, And combined with local specific conditions, put forward relevant policy recommendations.
