【摘要】：目的:研究并總結(jié)安徽省城鎮(zhèn)居民醫(yī)保并入新型農(nóng)村合作醫(yī)療制度統(tǒng)一管理后兩醫(yī)療保險管理信息系統(tǒng)整合的技術(shù)路線,為全面啟動城鄉(xiāng)居民醫(yī)保制度整合后的系統(tǒng)合并提供參考。方法:通過現(xiàn)場調(diào)研和對比研究方法總結(jié)安徽省城鎮(zhèn)居民醫(yī)保信息系統(tǒng)和新型農(nóng)村合作醫(yī)療管理信息系統(tǒng)整合的技術(shù)路線。結(jié)果:安徽省采用以已有新型農(nóng)村合作醫(yī)療管理信息系統(tǒng)為基礎(chǔ)合并城鎮(zhèn)居民醫(yī)保信息系統(tǒng)的做法。結(jié)論:該做法符合安徽實際情況,整合后的系統(tǒng)在實現(xiàn)城鎮(zhèn)居民即時結(jié)報、方便患者就醫(yī)、節(jié)約整合成本等方面取得顯著的成效,值得推廣。
[Abstract]:Objective: to study and summarize the technical route of the integration of the two medical insurance management information systems after the integration of the medical insurance system of urban residents in Anhui Province into the unified management of the new rural cooperative medical system. Methods: through field investigation and comparative study, we summarize the information system of medical insurance for urban and rural residents in Anhui Province and the management information of new rural cooperative medical system. Results: Anhui Province adopted the method of merging urban residents' medical insurance information system based on the existing new rural cooperative medical management information system. Conclusion: this method is in line with the actual situation in Anhui Province. The integrated system has achieved remarkable results in realizing the immediate reporting of urban residents, facilitating patients to seek medical treatment, and saving the cost of integration, which is worth popularizing.
