【摘要】：正華中師大中國(guó)農(nóng)村研究院鄧大才教授論文《中國(guó)農(nóng)村產(chǎn)權(quán)變遷與經(jīng)驗(yàn)———來(lái)自國(guó)家治理視角下的啟示》在《中國(guó)社會(huì)科學(xué)》2017年第1期發(fā)表。這是作者近三年來(lái)在《中國(guó)社會(huì)科學(xué)》(含英文版)發(fā)表的第3篇力作。鄧大才教授認(rèn)為產(chǎn)權(quán)有多種屬性且與國(guó)家治理相關(guān)聯(lián)。在西方,產(chǎn)權(quán)主要有追求效率最大化的經(jīng)濟(jì)屬性及保障權(quán)利的政治屬性,但是在中國(guó),產(chǎn)權(quán)同時(shí)還具有很強(qiáng)的社會(huì)屬性。隨著國(guó)家治理現(xiàn)代化,
[Abstract]:Deng Dacai, Professor of China Rural Research Institute, Central China normal University, published in the first issue of China Social Sciences, 2017, from the Perspective of State Governance. This paper was published by the author in the past three years. The third masterpiece published in Chinese Social Sciences (including the English version). Professor Deng Dacai believes that property rights have many attributes and are related to state governance. Property rights have the economic attributes of maximizing efficiency and the political attributes of safeguarding rights, but in China, property rights also have strong social attributes.
