【摘要】：基于農(nóng)戶經(jīng)營(yíng)規(guī)模的視角,利用湖北省395戶水稻種植戶的調(diào)查數(shù)據(jù),運(yùn)用隨機(jī)前沿模型,探析了不同經(jīng)營(yíng)規(guī)模農(nóng)戶水稻生產(chǎn)技術(shù)效率及其影響因素的差異。研究表明:被調(diào)查區(qū)域水稻生產(chǎn)技術(shù)效率與農(nóng)戶經(jīng)營(yíng)規(guī)模呈正向變動(dòng)趨勢(shì),大規(guī)模組平均技術(shù)效率最高,中規(guī)模組次之,小規(guī)模組最低;總體平均技術(shù)效率為71.88%,農(nóng)戶的水稻生產(chǎn)技術(shù)效率尚具有較大提升空間。在影響農(nóng)戶生產(chǎn)的技術(shù)效率因素中,年齡、受教育程度、灌溉條件、社會(huì)網(wǎng)絡(luò)對(duì)小規(guī)模農(nóng)戶均有顯著的影響,技術(shù)培訓(xùn)對(duì)中規(guī)模組農(nóng)戶有顯著影響,土地細(xì)碎化對(duì)中規(guī)模與大規(guī)模組農(nóng)戶均具有顯著影響。基于此,文章提出適度擴(kuò)大水稻經(jīng)營(yíng)規(guī)模,通過教育、技術(shù)培訓(xùn)等形式增強(qiáng)農(nóng)戶人力資本,加大農(nóng)田水利建設(shè)和土地整理投資等措施來提升我國(guó)水稻生產(chǎn)技術(shù)效率的對(duì)策建議。
[Abstract]:Based on the perspective of farmers' management scale, using the survey data of 395 rice growers in Hubei Province, the stochastic frontier model is used. This paper analyzes the difference of rice production technical efficiency and its influencing factors among farmers with different management scale. The results show that the rice production technical efficiency and farmers' management scale in the investigated area are in a positive trend, and the average technical efficiency of large scale groups is the highest. The average technical efficiency of rice production of farmers was 71.88, and the technical efficiency of rice production of farmers had a great improvement space. Among the factors affecting the technical efficiency of farmers' production, age, education level, irrigation conditions, and so on were the lowest in the middle scale group, and the lowest in the small scale group, and the overall average technical efficiency was 71.88. Social network has a significant impact on small-scale farmers, technical training has a significant impact on mid-scale group farmers, land fragmentation has a significant impact on both medium-scale and large-scale groups of farmers. This paper puts forward some countermeasures to improve the technical efficiency of rice production in China, such as expanding rice management scale moderately, strengthening human capital of farmers by means of education and technical training, increasing farmland water conservancy construction and land consolidation investment and so on.
