【摘要】：受農(nóng)戶生計(jì)方式多元化和城市文化的影響,農(nóng)村居民點(diǎn)內(nèi)部用地分工更為明顯且呈多功能性,探討農(nóng)村居民點(diǎn)用地的多功能性及農(nóng)戶個(gè)體利用的差異性特征,既利于客觀測(cè)算農(nóng)村居民點(diǎn)用地資產(chǎn)價(jià)值,又能為合理設(shè)計(jì)農(nóng)民新居內(nèi)部構(gòu)型提供理論基礎(chǔ)。研究以重慶市江津區(qū)燕壩村1 923處農(nóng)村居民點(diǎn)用地為研究對(duì)象,在農(nóng)村居民點(diǎn)用地的多功能性劃分基礎(chǔ)上構(gòu)建多功能評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)體系,測(cè)算農(nóng)村居民點(diǎn)用地的優(yōu)勢(shì)功能,進(jìn)而辨析不同生計(jì)類型農(nóng)戶的農(nóng)村居民點(diǎn)用地優(yōu)勢(shì)功能差異性。其結(jié)果為:按照二級(jí)分類體系,農(nóng)村居民點(diǎn)用地可劃分為居住用地、農(nóng)業(yè)生產(chǎn)用地、非農(nóng)生產(chǎn)用地、附屬用地4個(gè)1級(jí)地類,堂屋用地、圈舍養(yǎng)殖用地、院落用地等11個(gè)2級(jí)地類;不同生計(jì)類型農(nóng)戶的農(nóng)村居民點(diǎn)用地優(yōu)勢(shì)功能差異明顯,農(nóng)業(yè)專業(yè)化發(fā)展型農(nóng)戶以農(nóng)業(yè)生產(chǎn)功能為主導(dǎo)(優(yōu)勢(shì)度達(dá)1.987 8),而兼業(yè)發(fā)展型農(nóng)戶優(yōu)勢(shì)功能不明顯,具均衡性;農(nóng)業(yè)多樣化發(fā)展型農(nóng)戶、非農(nóng)多樣化發(fā)展型農(nóng)戶、非農(nóng)專業(yè)化發(fā)展型農(nóng)戶分別以服務(wù)功能(優(yōu)勢(shì)度1.873 0)、居住功能(優(yōu)勢(shì)度1.569 2)、非農(nóng)生產(chǎn)功能(優(yōu)勢(shì)度2.387 9)為主導(dǎo)。農(nóng)戶生計(jì)方式與農(nóng)村居民點(diǎn)用地優(yōu)勢(shì)功能是相適應(yīng)的,農(nóng)民新居建設(shè)應(yīng)根據(jù)不同生計(jì)類型農(nóng)戶的生計(jì)方式設(shè)計(jì)不同的農(nóng)村居民點(diǎn)用地組合模式。
[Abstract]:Affected by the diversity of farmers' livelihood and urban culture, the division of land in rural residential areas is more obvious and multifunctional. This paper discusses the multifunctional characteristics of rural residential land and the differences of individual utilization of rural households. It is not only helpful to objectively estimate the value of rural residential land assets, but also provides a theoretical basis for the rational design of the internal configuration of farmers' new houses. The study takes 1923 rural residential land in Jiang Jin district of Chongqing as the research object. On the basis of the multifunctional division of rural residential land, a multi-function evaluation index system is constructed to calculate the advantage function of rural residential land. The results are as follows: according to the secondary classification system, rural residential land can be divided into residential land, agricultural production land, non-agricultural production land. There were 11 grade 2 land types, such as 4 grade 1 land, 4 parlour land, 4 ring house land, courtyard land and so on, and the dominant function of rural residential land was significantly different among different types of farmers. The agriculture specialized development type peasant household takes the agricultural production function as the leading (the superiority degree is up to 1.987, while the concurrent business development type peasant household superiority function is not obvious, has the balanced nature; the agricultural diversification development type farmer household, the non-agricultural diversification development type farmer household, the agricultural diversification development type farmer household, the agricultural diversification development type farmer household, The service function (dominance degree 1.873), dwelling function (dominance degree 1.569 2) and non-agricultural production function (dominance degree 2.387 9) are respectively the leading factors of non-agricultural specialized development farmers. The farmers' livelihood mode is compatible with the dominant function of rural residential land. The construction of farmers' new residence should design different combination models of rural residential land according to the livelihood mode of farmers with different types of livelihood.
