【摘要】：農(nóng)民工回流潮的興起改變了我國人口長期以來單一的從內(nèi)陸向沿海的流遷模式,為回流地區(qū)實(shí)現(xiàn)就地城鎮(zhèn)化帶來了新動力。利用永城市實(shí)地調(diào)研數(shù)據(jù),分析回流農(nóng)民工居住區(qū)位的分布、演變、未來居住意愿,通過構(gòu)建Logistic多元回歸模型探索其居住區(qū)位選擇的影響因素。結(jié)果表明:永城市主城區(qū)是回流農(nóng)民工除農(nóng)村以外的主要居住區(qū)位選擇,居住區(qū)位轉(zhuǎn)變主要是趨向于主城區(qū)而不是鄉(xiāng)鎮(zhèn)中心;大量回流農(nóng)民工存在城鎮(zhèn)購房的傾向,在未來有持續(xù)向城鎮(zhèn)轉(zhuǎn)移的趨勢;城鄉(xiāng)結(jié)合區(qū)蘊(yùn)藏著就地城鎮(zhèn)化的潛力。居住區(qū)位的選擇受到個人、家庭以及社會等多因素的共同影響。最后,就地方政府如何引導(dǎo)回流農(nóng)民工以共同促進(jìn)就地城鎮(zhèn)化提出了幾點(diǎn)政策建議。
[Abstract]:The rise of migrant workers' backflow tide has changed our country's population from inland to coastal areas for a long time, and brought a new impetus for the realization of local urbanization in return areas. Analyze the distribution, evolution and future residence intention of migrant workers. By constructing the Logistic multivariate regression model to explore the influencing factors of residential location selection, the results show that the main urban area of Yongcheng city is the main residential area choice of migrant workers except rural areas. The change of residential area is mainly towards the main urban area rather than the township center, and a large number of returning migrant workers have the tendency of buying houses in cities and towns, and have the tendency of continuing to transfer to towns in the future. The combination of urban and rural areas has the potential of local urbanization. The choice of residential areas is influenced by many factors, such as individuals, families and society. Finally, This paper puts forward some policy suggestions on how to guide the returning migrant workers to promote the local urbanization.
