【摘要】：氣候變化對以自然資源為生計基礎的農(nóng)業(yè)人口的影響尤為顯著。明確農(nóng)戶對氣候變化的適應需求,對于制定有效的氣候變化適應政策、增強農(nóng)戶的氣候變化適應能力非常重要�；�500份農(nóng)戶調(diào)查問卷,分析了甘南高原不同區(qū)域和不同生計方式農(nóng)戶對氣候變化的適應需求,并利用二元logistic回歸模型分析了影響農(nóng)戶適應需求的關鍵因素。結果表明:(1)在適應氣候變化過程中,甘南高原農(nóng)戶對基礎設施的需求最強烈,對信息和生產(chǎn)技術的需求次之;(2)不同區(qū)域農(nóng)戶對氣候變化的適應需求存在差異。其中,純牧區(qū)農(nóng)戶和農(nóng)區(qū)農(nóng)戶對基礎設施的需求均最強烈,半農(nóng)半牧區(qū)農(nóng)戶對信息的需求最強烈;(3)不同生計方式農(nóng)戶對氣候變化的適應需求也存在差異。其中,純農(nóng)戶對信貸保險的需求最強烈,一兼戶和二兼戶均對基礎設施的需求最強烈;(4)自然資本和物質(zhì)資本是影響農(nóng)戶對生產(chǎn)技術需求的關鍵因素,自然資本和人力資本是影響農(nóng)戶對信息需求的關鍵因素,人力資本和金融資本是影響農(nóng)戶對基礎設施需求的關鍵因素,自然資本、人力資本、金融資本、物質(zhì)資本和社會資本均是影響農(nóng)戶對信貸保險需求的關鍵因素。提出了提升農(nóng)戶適應氣候變化能力的政策建議。
[Abstract]:The impact of climate change on the agricultural population based on natural resources is particularly significant. Defining the adaptation needs of farmers to climate change is important for the formulation of effective climate change adaptation policies. It is very important to enhance the adaptability of farmers to climate change. Based on 500 peasant household questionnaires, this paper analyzes the adaptation needs of farmers in different regions and different livelihood ways in Gannan Plateau. The key factors affecting farmers' adaptation demand are analyzed by using the binary logistic regression model. The results show that the farmers in Gannan Plateau have the strongest demand for infrastructure in the process of adapting to climate change. The demand for information and production technology is the second. (2) there are differences in the adaptation needs of farmers to climate change in different regions, among which, the demand for infrastructure is the strongest among farmers in pure pastoral areas and farmers in agricultural areas. Rural households in semi-agricultural and semi-pastoral areas have the strongest demand for information. (3) there are also differences in the adaptation needs of farmers to climate change in different livelihood ways. Among them, the demand for credit insurance is the strongest among pure farmers. (4) Natural capital and physical capital are the key factors influencing farmers' demand for production technology, and natural capital and human capital are the key factors influencing farmers' demand for information. Human capital and financial capital are the key factors that affect farmers' demand for infrastructure, natural capital, human capital and financial capital, Both physical capital and social capital are the key factors influencing farmers' demand for credit insurance, and some policy suggestions are put forward to improve farmers' ability to adapt to climate change.
