【摘要】：[目的]通過(guò)研究鄉(xiāng)村旅游對(duì)提高農(nóng)村土地利用效率的拉動(dòng)作用,為提高鄉(xiāng)村旅游經(jīng)濟(jì)效益提供理論依據(jù)。[方法]文章采用實(shí)地調(diào)查法和問(wèn)卷調(diào)查法,以常熟市蔣巷村為例對(duì)其鄉(xiāng)村旅游用地效率及經(jīng)濟(jì)效益開(kāi)展實(shí)證研究。[結(jié)果]蔣巷村在發(fā)展鄉(xiāng)村旅游之后,超過(guò)70%的農(nóng)戶將自家耕地出租給他人或以入股的形式加入集體或公司從事旅游開(kāi)發(fā),以租賃費(fèi)和分紅的形式獲得報(bào)酬。在本村內(nèi)先后建成了新村別墅、農(nóng)業(yè)生態(tài)旅游觀光園、蔣巷工業(yè)園、生態(tài)種養(yǎng)園、村民新家園、農(nóng)民蔬菜園、無(wú)公害優(yōu)質(zhì)糧油基地的分布格局,使絕大多數(shù)農(nóng)民由原本單一的種植業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)型為種植業(yè)、養(yǎng)殖業(yè)和林果業(yè)三者相結(jié)合的模式,這也使絕大多數(shù)農(nóng)民的家庭收入和土地收入成倍增加。全村70%以上的家庭中旅游業(yè)收入占到家庭總收入的40%~60%。鄉(xiāng)村旅游業(yè)為村民帶來(lái)的經(jīng)濟(jì)利益和生態(tài)效益進(jìn)一步擴(kuò)大,村民的幸福感和土地收益滿意度大幅度提升。該村超過(guò)90%的農(nóng)戶加入了"社區(qū)+公司+農(nóng)戶"的旅游發(fā)展模式,通過(guò)聯(lián)合各家農(nóng)戶進(jìn)行公司的創(chuàng)立,并配套完善的生活與旅游為一體的社區(qū)服務(wù)體系,以此形成了健全的旅游市場(chǎng)運(yùn)行機(jī)制。[結(jié)論]發(fā)展鄉(xiāng)村旅游后,農(nóng)村土地的經(jīng)營(yíng)方式得到徹底改善,旅游帶動(dòng)和加速了農(nóng)村土地流轉(zhuǎn),調(diào)整了農(nóng)村產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu),提高了土地的利用效率和經(jīng)濟(jì)收益,增加了農(nóng)民收入,促進(jìn)了農(nóng)村經(jīng)濟(jì)和環(huán)境的可持續(xù)發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:[Objective] through the study of rural tourism to improve the pulling effect of rural land use efficiency, to provide a theoretical basis for scientific method] with the field investigation and questionnaire method to improve the economic benefits of rural tourism, taking Changshou City Jiang Village as an example of its rural tourism land use efficiency and economic benefit to carry out empirical research. In this village has built a village villa, Agro ecological tourism park, Jiang Xiang Industrial Park, eco farming park, the villagers new homes, farmers in the vegetable garden, the distribution pattern of pollution-free high-quality grain base, so that the vast majority of farmers in the transformation from the original single planting for planting, aquaculture and forestry three. With the model, which also makes the family income and land income of most farmers increased exponentially. The tourism income of the village more than 70% households accounted for 40%~60%. of the total household income of rural tourism for the villagers to bring economic benefits and ecological benefits to further expand greatly, happiness and satisfaction of the villagers land revenue the village.
