【摘要】：采用基尼系數(shù)、重心模型、ESDA方法和空間計(jì)量分析模型,探究了1988-2013年中國(guó)漁業(yè)地理集聚時(shí)空特征及影響因素。研究發(fā)現(xiàn):1)中國(guó)漁業(yè)一直存在顯著的地理集聚現(xiàn)象和空間自相關(guān)特征,漁業(yè)地理重心的變化范圍主要分布在長(zhǎng)江中下游沿線的皖、贛、鄂三省以及蘇、皖兩省的淮河以北和江淮之間;2)漁業(yè)空間關(guān)聯(lián)格局中的熱點(diǎn)區(qū)和次熱點(diǎn)區(qū)在26年間數(shù)量減少近半,冷點(diǎn)區(qū)和次冷點(diǎn)區(qū)數(shù)量增多,但未發(fā)生變化的類型區(qū)居于主體,發(fā)生變化的類型區(qū)基本表現(xiàn)為梯次逐級(jí)減弱的演變特征,各類型區(qū)初始呈現(xiàn)出的集中連片分布態(tài)勢(shì)和梯度推移性變化規(guī)律漸趨不明顯;3)漁業(yè)具有正的省際空間溢出效應(yīng),沿海地區(qū)、產(chǎn)業(yè)外部性、人力資本、消費(fèi)需求、城鎮(zhèn)化率、技術(shù)水平、產(chǎn)業(yè)外向度、政府干預(yù)度都會(huì)影響中國(guó)漁業(yè)地理集聚,而交通條件的影響作用尚未凸顯。
[Abstract]:Gini coefficient, barycenter model, ESDA method and spatial econometric analysis model are used. The spatial and temporal characteristics of fishery geographic agglomeration in China from 1988 to 2013 and its influencing factors were investigated. It was found that there were significant geographical agglomeration phenomena and spatial autocorrelation characteristics in Chinese fishery. The range of the geographical center of gravity of fisheries is mainly distributed in Anhui, Jiangxi, Hubei and Soviet provinces along the middle and lower reaches of the Yangtze River. The number of hot spots and sub-hot spots in the fishery spatial association pattern decreased by nearly half in the past 26 years, and the number of cold spot areas and sub-cold spot areas increased, but the types of areas that did not change were the main ones. The basic characteristics of the changing type areas are the gradual weakening of the echelon, and the distribution of the concentrated segments and the gradient shift of each type area are not obvious. (3) the fishery has positive inter-provincial spatial spillover effect. In coastal areas, industrial externality, human capital, consumption demand, urbanization rate, technological level, industry extroversion and government intervention will all affect the geographical agglomeration of fisheries in China, but the influence of traffic conditions has not been highlighted.
