【摘要】：推動農(nóng)民創(chuàng)業(yè)是解決"三農(nóng)"問題的重要措施,而創(chuàng)業(yè)學(xué)習(xí)有助于提升農(nóng)民創(chuàng)業(yè)者創(chuàng)業(yè)機會識別概率。本文根據(jù)創(chuàng)業(yè)機會識別理論構(gòu)建創(chuàng)業(yè)學(xué)習(xí)、創(chuàng)業(yè)警覺性與農(nóng)民創(chuàng)業(yè)機會識別的中介效應(yīng)模型,通過收集六省農(nóng)民創(chuàng)業(yè)者的問卷調(diào)查數(shù)據(jù),采用SPSS和AMOS軟件實證分析創(chuàng)業(yè)學(xué)習(xí)、創(chuàng)業(yè)警覺性與農(nóng)民創(chuàng)業(yè)機會識別的關(guān)系。結(jié)果表明:創(chuàng)業(yè)學(xué)習(xí)及各維度對農(nóng)民創(chuàng)業(yè)機會識別具有正向影響,創(chuàng)業(yè)學(xué)習(xí)及各維度對創(chuàng)業(yè)警覺性具有顯著的正向影響,創(chuàng)業(yè)警覺性及各維度對農(nóng)民創(chuàng)業(yè)機會識別具有正向影響,創(chuàng)業(yè)警覺性在創(chuàng)業(yè)學(xué)習(xí)與農(nóng)民創(chuàng)業(yè)機會識別之間起部分中介作用。本文的研究結(jié)果有利于提升農(nóng)民創(chuàng)業(yè)創(chuàng)業(yè)者機會識別能力,推動我國農(nóng)村創(chuàng)新創(chuàng)業(yè)型經(jīng)濟發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:Promoting farmers' entrepreneurship is an important measure to solve the problem of "agriculture, countryside and farmers", and entrepreneurial learning is helpful to improve the probability of entrepreneurial opportunity identification. This paper constructs entrepreneurial learning according to the theory of entrepreneurial opportunity recognition. Based on the intermediary effect model of entrepreneurial alertness and the identification of farmers' entrepreneurial opportunities, this paper collects the questionnaire data of farmers' entrepreneurs in six provinces, and empirically analyzes entrepreneurial learning by using SPSS and AMOS software. The results show that entrepreneurial learning and its dimensions have a positive impact on entrepreneurial opportunity recognition, and entrepreneurial learning and each dimension have a significant positive impact on entrepreneurial awareness. Entrepreneurial alertness and its dimensions have a positive impact on the identification of farmers' entrepreneurial opportunities. Entrepreneurial alertness plays a part of intermediary role between entrepreneurial learning and farmers' entrepreneurial opportunity identification. The results of this paper are helpful to improve the ability of farmers' entrepreneurial entrepreneurs to identify opportunities and promote the development of rural innovative entrepreneurial economy in China.
