【摘要】：本文基于微觀視角分析了金融可得性通過影響非農(nóng)就業(yè)來影響農(nóng)民收入的作用機制,然后利用中國家庭金融調(diào)查(CHFS)數(shù)據(jù)進行了實證檢驗。結(jié)果表明:一個地區(qū)金融可得性的提高有助于提升當?shù)剞r(nóng)村家庭的非農(nóng)就業(yè)水平,在控制了變量的內(nèi)生性之后,金融可得性每提高1%,農(nóng)村家庭的非農(nóng)就業(yè)水平將提升1.74%;同時,一個地區(qū)的金融可得性對當?shù)剞r(nóng)村家庭人均純收入具有顯著正向影響,且這種正向影響大部分可歸因于金融可得性提高帶來的家庭非農(nóng)就業(yè)水平的提升,即金融可得性可通過影響農(nóng)村家庭非農(nóng)就業(yè),進而影響農(nóng)民收入。進一步考察金融可得性對不同財富水平農(nóng)村家庭影響的異質(zhì)性發(fā)現(xiàn),金融可得性通過非農(nóng)就業(yè)渠道的增收效應(yīng)在財富較少的農(nóng)村家庭中更加明顯。
[Abstract]:Based on the micro perspective analyzes financial availability by influencing the non-agricultural employment mechanism to influence the income of farmers, and then use the Chinese Household Finance Survey (CHFS) data for the empirical test. The results show that help to improve the rural household financial when a region can get improved employment level after the endogenous control variables, financial availability every 1% increase in rural family non-agricultural employment level will increase by 1.74%; at the same time, finance an area to have a significant positive impact on the per capita net income of rural households and local, this positive effect most can be attributed to the financial availability of raising a family of non-agricultural employment the level of improvement brought by the financial, which can affect the availability of rural households and non-agricultural employment, affect the income of the farmers. Further investigation of the financial availability of different wealth levels of rural families. The heterogeneity of the financial availability is found to be more evident in rural households with less wealth through the non farm employment channel.
