【摘要】：文章運(yùn)用公平理論,從人們對(duì)不滿(mǎn)的反應(yīng)入手,探討了公平及其兩個(gè)分類(lèi)即程序公平、分配公平和人們的集體行動(dòng)之間的關(guān)系,并結(jié)合集體行動(dòng)分析的憤怒路徑和效能路徑提出了相關(guān)假設(shè)。利用2010年湖北省流動(dòng)人口動(dòng)態(tài)監(jiān)測(cè)數(shù)據(jù),討論反映分配公平感的工資評(píng)價(jià)以及或與程序公平感有關(guān)的合同、關(guān)系對(duì)農(nóng)民工集體行動(dòng)的多重影響,總結(jié)農(nóng)民工的維權(quán)行動(dòng)策略,建議更多依靠相關(guān)制度的完善,促使這一社會(huì)問(wèn)題自然走向終結(jié)。
[Abstract]:Based on the theory of fairness and the reaction of people to discontent, this paper discusses the relationship between fairness and its two categories, namely, procedural fairness, distributive equity and people's collective action. Combined with the anger path and efficacy path of collective action analysis, this paper puts forward some hypotheses. Based on the data of mobile population dynamic monitoring in Hubei Province in 2010, this paper discusses wage evaluation that reflects the sense of distributive fairness and contracts related to procedural fairness. The relationship has many influences on the collective action of migrant workers, summarizes the strategies of protecting the rights of migrant workers, and suggests to rely more on the perfection of relevant systems to promote the natural end of this social problem.
