【摘要】：隨著中國經濟的快速發(fā)展,我國長久以來形成的小農經濟的缺陷越發(fā)明顯,家庭分散經營,經營規(guī)模過小,難以形成規(guī)模經營,這些已經適應不了大市場的需求,為了降低小生產與大市場之間的矛盾,我國農業(yè)生產需走上一條專業(yè)化、商品化、市場化和現(xiàn)代化的發(fā)展道路,以提高農業(yè)科技水平,降低農業(yè)生產的成本,促進農業(yè)的規(guī)�；a。農民專業(yè)合作社作為一種新型的市場主體,能夠在農業(yè)和農村發(fā)展中發(fā)揮舉足輕重的作用,是加快社會主義新農村建設的有效途徑和重要措施。農戶作為農民專業(yè)合作社發(fā)展的行為主體,其參與行為直接關系到農民專業(yè)合作社的發(fā)展,同時農戶參與農民專業(yè)合作社的行為受諸多方面的影響,它不僅是農戶自愿提高農業(yè)生產水平,保障優(yōu)質農產品的行為,也是我國現(xiàn)代農業(yè)發(fā)展的一種趨勢。本研究總結以往學者的有關觀點,以理性選擇理論和合作理論作為理論基礎,建立Logistic回歸模型,主要從農戶的基本特征、農戶的社會資本、農戶的企業(yè)家素質以及當?shù)睾献魃绲陌l(fā)展四個方面進行分析農戶參與農民專業(yè)合作社的行為。研究結果表明,農戶的務農收入比重、是否使用互聯(lián)網和合作社培訓情況顯著,并且農戶的務農收入比重、是否使用互聯(lián)網的Wald檢驗值在0.01的水平上顯著,合作社培訓情況的Wald檢驗值在0.05的水平上顯著。最后,根據(jù)研究結論,本文提出促進農戶積極參與農民專業(yè)合作社的政策建議:加強互聯(lián)網在農村的普及和應用;對合作社進行宣傳、培訓和人才引進;政府加大對農業(yè)的扶持力度等。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of China's economy, the defects of the smallholder peasant economy, which has been formed for a long time in our country, have become more and more obvious. Families are operating in a decentralized manner, and the scale of operation is too small to form a large-scale operation. These can no longer meet the needs of the large market. In order to reduce the contradiction between small-scale production and large market, China's agricultural production needs to take a specialized, commercialized, market-oriented and modernized development path in order to raise the level of agricultural science and technology and reduce the cost of agricultural production. Promoting large-scale agricultural production. As a new type of market entity, specialized farmers cooperatives can play a pivotal role in agricultural and rural development. It is an effective way and an important measure to speed up the construction of the new socialist countryside. As the main body of the development of farmers' specialized cooperatives, farmers' participation behavior is directly related to the development of farmers' professional cooperatives. At the same time, the behavior of farmers participating in farmers' specialized cooperatives is affected by many aspects. It is not only the behavior of farmers who voluntarily raise the level of agricultural production and guarantee the quality of agricultural products. It is also a trend of the development of modern agriculture in China. This study summarizes the previous scholars' views and establishes the Logistic regression model based on the rational choice theory and the cooperative theory, mainly from the basic characteristics of farmers and the social capital of farmers. Four aspects of farmers' entrepreneurial quality and the development of local cooperatives are analyzed. The results show that the proportion of farmers' income in agriculture, the use of the Internet and the training of cooperatives are significant. And the proportion of farmers' income in agriculture, the Wald test value of whether using the Internet is significant, the Wald test value of cooperative training is significant. Finally, according to the research conclusion, This paper puts forward some policy suggestions to promote farmers' active participation in farmers' professional cooperatives: strengthening the popularization and application of the Internet in rural areas, propagating, training and introducing talents to cooperatives, and increasing the government's support for agriculture, etc.
