【摘要】：農(nóng)業(yè)供給側(cè)結(jié)構(gòu)性改革,是為破解農(nóng)業(yè)深層次結(jié)構(gòu)性矛盾而從生產(chǎn)端和供給側(cè)展開的綜合配套改革。推進農(nóng)業(yè)供給側(cè)結(jié)構(gòu)性改革,要從產(chǎn)業(yè)層面、要素層面和制度層面展開,多層面協(xié)調(diào)推進,要圍繞"降本、提質(zhì)、增效"這一核心任務(wù),實行組合式的支持政策。
[Abstract]:The structural reform on the supply side of agriculture is a comprehensive reform carried out from the production side and the supply side in order to solve the deep structural contradiction of agriculture. To promote the structural reform on the supply side of agriculture, it should be carried out from the industrial level, the element level and the system level. Multi-level coordination and promotion should focus on the core task of "reducing cost, improving quality and increasing efficiency" and carry out combined support policies.
