【摘要】：我國養(yǎng)殖服務(wù)模式落后情況導(dǎo)致農(nóng)戶經(jīng)濟收入下降、生活貧困、農(nóng)村環(huán)境污染嚴(yán)重等一系列問題。并且,我國養(yǎng)殖服務(wù)模式面臨科學(xué)技術(shù)落后、國際市場糧價波動、國際飼料產(chǎn)量迅速增加等嚴(yán)峻挑戰(zhàn)。對此,黨中央不僅一直將農(nóng)業(yè)中的飼料養(yǎng)殖生產(chǎn)作為工作重中之重,而且高度重視飼料養(yǎng)殖新模式探索。在此背景下,對CP飼料企業(yè)養(yǎng)殖服務(wù)新模式若干問題進行探討,致力于我國養(yǎng)殖服務(wù)新模式的建設(shè)。本研究主要分為三部分。第一部分,緒論。闡述了CP飼料企業(yè)養(yǎng)殖服務(wù)新模式研究背景、研究目的與意義、國內(nèi)外研究現(xiàn)狀以及對國內(nèi)外現(xiàn)狀評述,研究思路和研究方法。第二部分,首先,描述了CP服務(wù)企業(yè)現(xiàn)狀,介紹CP企業(yè)、CP企業(yè)服務(wù)對象、CP企業(yè)現(xiàn)有模式以及存在問題。然后,從宏觀與微觀環(huán)境層面對CP飼料企業(yè)服務(wù)模式創(chuàng)新進行了SWOT分析。最后,提出豬九保新的養(yǎng)殖模式,介紹了豬九保新模式的內(nèi)容、概念、運作,并用案例進行簡單分析,豬九保新模式給CP企業(yè)和客戶帶來巨大經(jīng)濟效益。第三部分,得出本研究結(jié)論。利用品牌優(yōu)勢應(yīng)對競爭和經(jīng)濟下滑沖擊,加強質(zhì)量安全,注重資源環(huán)境問題,加大科研人才以及技術(shù)的投入力度,加強企業(yè)管理職能,關(guān)注公益事業(yè)。
[Abstract]:The backward farming service mode in China leads to a series of problems, such as the decline of peasant household's economic income, the poverty of living, the serious pollution of rural environment, and so on. Moreover, the farming service mode of our country is facing the backward of science and technology, the fluctuation of grain price in international market. The international feed production is increasing rapidly and so on. In view of this, the CPC Central Committee has not only attached great importance to the production of feed farming in agriculture, but also attached great importance to the exploration of a new model of feed farming. This study is divided into three parts: the first part, the introduction, and the background of the research on the new model of CP feed enterprise culture service. The purpose and significance of the research, the current research situation at home and abroad, the review of the current situation at home and abroad, the research ideas and research methods. The second part, firstly, describes the current situation of CP service enterprises. This paper introduces the existing mode and existing problems of CP enterprise service object in CP enterprise. Then, the paper analyzes the innovation of CP feed enterprise service mode from macro and micro environmental level. Finally, the paper puts forward a new breeding model of pig Jiubao. This paper introduces the content, concept and operation of the new model of pig Jiubao, and makes a simple analysis with a case study. The model brings great economic benefits to CP enterprises and customers. The conclusion of this study is to make use of brand advantages to cope with competition and economic downturn, to strengthen quality and safety, to pay attention to the problem of resources and environment, to increase the investment of scientific research talents and technology, to strengthen the management function of enterprises and to pay attention to public welfare.
