【摘要】：新生代農(nóng)民工,是指1980年以后出生、16周歲以上的青年農(nóng)民工。他們文化程度較高,有著較高的物質(zhì)和精神享受追求,在市場經(jīng)濟浪潮的刺激下,新生代農(nóng)民工日益高漲的物質(zhì)和精神需要與社會經(jīng)濟社會發(fā)展事實上滯后和自身能力不足之間的矛盾日益加劇,這個群體行為失范所造成的社會治安問題、違法犯罪問題、道德風俗問題以及與之相關的社會公平正義問題,已對我國經(jīng)濟的發(fā)展、社會宏觀管理甚至是政治制度建設都提出了嚴峻的挑戰(zhàn)。對新生代農(nóng)民工行為失范問題的深入研究,其前提是要厘清新生代農(nóng)民工行為失范的社會背景和制度背景,這不僅僅是研究分析的需要,也是打擊違法犯罪、維護社會治安的需要,更是促進社會公平正義與構建和諧社會的客觀現(xiàn)實需要。本文從新生代農(nóng)民工行為失范的政府管理、社會制度、心理變化與環(huán)境影響的角度,分析新生代農(nóng)民工行為失范問題,揭示新生代農(nóng)民工行為失范的形成原因與機制,并嘗試提出應對措施,以期對新生代農(nóng)民工管理理念、方法進行探索、推動人口城市化與市民化健康發(fā)展、促進社會穩(wěn)定與和諧,實現(xiàn)“中國夢”提供理論指導和實踐借鑒。本文嘗試從新生代農(nóng)民工內(nèi)外等多方因素對新生代農(nóng)民工行為失范和失范行為進行分析研究,從一般規(guī)律中尋找出新生代農(nóng)民工行為失范的共性因素,在對新生代農(nóng)民工行為失范的現(xiàn)狀和共性因素進行深入分析的基礎上挖掘其社會和心理等方面的生成原因和機制,然后嘗試提出規(guī)范和矯治新生代農(nóng)民工行為失范的一些對策建議,為規(guī)范和矯治新生代農(nóng)民工的失范行為提供對策建議的同時,也為城市管理者提供一些理論上的指導。
[Abstract]:The new generation of migrant workers refers to the young migrant workers who were born after 1980 and over the age of 16. They have a relatively high level of education, a higher pursuit of material and spiritual enjoyment, and are stimulated by the wave of market economy. The contradiction between the ever-rising material and spiritual needs of the new generation of migrant workers and the fact that the social economic and social development is lagging behind and the lack of their own ability is intensifying day by day. The problem of morality and custom and the problem of social fairness and justice have posed a severe challenge to the development of our country's economy, social macro management and even the construction of political system. Its premise is to clarify the social background and institutional background of the new generation of migrant workers' behavior misconduct. This is not only the need of research and analysis, but also the need to crack down on illegal crimes and maintain public order. From the angle of government management, social system, psychological change and environmental influence of the new generation of migrant workers, this paper analyzes the behavior of the new generation of migrant workers. This paper reveals the cause and mechanism of the new generation of migrant workers' behavior anomie, and tries to put forward some countermeasures in order to explore the management idea and method of the new generation of migrant workers, so as to promote the urbanization of population and the healthy development of the city. To promote social stability and harmony, to realize "Chinese Dream" to provide theoretical guidance and practical reference. This paper attempts to analyze and study the behavior of new generation migrant workers from the inside and outside of the new generation of migrant workers and other factors. This paper finds out the common factors of the behavior loss of the new generation of migrant workers from the general law, and excavates the social and psychological reasons and mechanisms of the behavior of the new generation of migrant workers on the basis of in-depth analysis of the present situation and common factors of the behavior of the new generation of migrant workers. Then it tries to put forward some countermeasures and suggestions to standardize and correct the behavior of the new generation of migrant workers. It also provides some theoretical guidance for the urban managers while providing some countermeasures and suggestions for standardizing and correcting the abnormal behavior of the new generation of migrant workers.
