【摘要】：農(nóng)民專(zhuān)業(yè)合作社是連接小農(nóng)戶(hù)與大市場(chǎng)的橋梁,是提高農(nóng)民組織化程度,增加農(nóng)民收入的重要途徑。合作社產(chǎn)前通過(guò)為農(nóng)戶(hù)提供生產(chǎn)資料,產(chǎn)中提供技術(shù)指導(dǎo)與咨詢(xún),產(chǎn)后提供市場(chǎng)信息,并部分收購(gòu)社員農(nóng)產(chǎn)品,降低生產(chǎn)風(fēng)險(xiǎn),節(jié)約生產(chǎn)成本,提高產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量進(jìn)而增加農(nóng)戶(hù)收入。盡管2007年7月1日《中國(guó)農(nóng)民專(zhuān)業(yè)合作社法》實(shí)施以來(lái),嘉興市農(nóng)民專(zhuān)業(yè)合作社發(fā)展的外部環(huán)境不斷完善,合作社發(fā)展迅速。然而,截止目前,嘉興市農(nóng)戶(hù)合作社的參與率并不高,合作社帶動(dòng)農(nóng)戶(hù)的能力并不強(qiáng),這嚴(yán)重制約了嘉興市合作社的進(jìn)一步發(fā)展。因此,本文通過(guò)SWOT法對(duì)嘉興市農(nóng)戶(hù)合作社的發(fā)展方向進(jìn)行研究,通過(guò)分析目前嘉興市農(nóng)戶(hù)合作社發(fā)展過(guò)程中遇到的的內(nèi)部?jī)?yōu)勢(shì)、內(nèi)部劣勢(shì)、外部?jī)?yōu)勢(shì)與外部劣勢(shì),并通過(guò)實(shí)地調(diào)研,提出相應(yīng)的發(fā)展策略。對(duì)正確選擇農(nóng)民專(zhuān)業(yè)合作社發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略,促進(jìn)合作社健康快速發(fā)展具有重要意義。本文在理論研究的基礎(chǔ)上,結(jié)合現(xiàn)今農(nóng)民專(zhuān)業(yè)合作社的發(fā)展實(shí)際進(jìn)行深入研究。全文共五章：第一章,主要介紹了本主題研究的重要意義和基本目的,通過(guò)對(duì)國(guó)內(nèi)外研究現(xiàn)狀的調(diào)研、相關(guān)理論的研究確定本文研究思路,對(duì)可能的創(chuàng)新點(diǎn)進(jìn)行了介紹,并根據(jù)研究的構(gòu)想和實(shí)際需求,確定研究方法。第二章,主要研究嘉興市農(nóng)民專(zhuān)業(yè)合作社的發(fā)展歷程、現(xiàn)狀、存在的問(wèn)題及措施。對(duì)農(nóng)民專(zhuān)業(yè)合作社發(fā)展的組織主體、重大利益相關(guān)者和外部相關(guān)者進(jìn)行深入分析,為接下來(lái)的研究提供背景知識(shí)和理論支撐。第三章,基于SWOT法的嘉興市農(nóng)民專(zhuān)業(yè)合作社發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略研究。從內(nèi)部?jī)?yōu)勢(shì),內(nèi)部劣勢(shì),外部?jī)?yōu)勢(shì),外部劣勢(shì)四方面深入分析了目前嘉興市農(nóng)民專(zhuān)業(yè)合作社的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀。第四章,通過(guò)戰(zhàn)略分析,提出嘉興市農(nóng)民專(zhuān)業(yè)合作社的發(fā)展方向和發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略。利用分析得出四種戰(zhàn)略選擇：SO戰(zhàn)略,ST戰(zhàn)略,WO戰(zhàn)略,WT戰(zhàn)略。
[Abstract]:Farmers' specialized cooperatives are a bridge connecting small farmers with large markets, and an important way to increase farmers' organizational degree and income. Cooperatives provide farmers with means of production and technical guidance and advice in their production before birth. Providing market information after delivery, and partly purchasing agricultural products for members, reducing production risks, saving production costs, improving product quality, and thus increasing farmers' income. Although since the implementation of the Chinese Law on Farmers' Professional Cooperatives in July 1st 2007, The external environment for the development of farmers' specialized cooperatives in Jiaxing is constantly improving and cooperatives are developing rapidly. However, so far, the participation rate of farmers' cooperatives in Jiaxing is not high, and the ability of cooperatives to drive farmers is not strong. This seriously restricts the further development of Jiaxing cooperatives. Therefore, this paper studies the development direction of farmers cooperatives in Jiaxing City by SWOT method, and analyzes the internal advantages encountered in the development process of farmers cooperatives in Jiaxing City, through the analysis of the internal advantages encountered in the development process of farmers cooperatives in Jiaxing City. Internal inferiority, external advantage and external inferiority, and through field investigation, put forward the corresponding development strategy. It is of great significance to promote the healthy and rapid development of cooperatives. On the basis of theoretical research, this paper makes a deep study on the development of farmers' professional cooperatives. The thesis consists of five chapters: chapter one, This paper mainly introduces the significance and basic purpose of this subject research, through the investigation of the current research situation at home and abroad, the relevant theoretical research to determine the train of thought of this paper, the possible innovation points are introduced. The second chapter mainly studies the development course, the present situation, the existing problems and the measures of the farmers' specialized cooperative in Jiaxing. Deep analysis of major stakeholders and external stakeholders to provide background knowledge and theoretical support for the following research. Chapter three, the development strategy of Jiaxing farmers' professional cooperatives based on SWOT method. From the internal advantages, internal weaknesses, Four aspects of external advantages and disadvantages are analyzed in detail. Chapter 4th, through strategic analysis, analyzes the current situation of the development of farmers' specialized cooperatives in Jiaxing. This paper puts forward the development direction and development strategy of Jiaxing Farmers' specialized Cooperative, and obtains four kinds of strategic choices: 1: so strategy and St strategy and WO strategy and WT strategy by means of analysis.
