【摘要】：本文系統(tǒng)地闡述了湘西地區(qū)2012年煙草農(nóng)機(jī)選型與運(yùn)行情況,以及2013年煙葉生產(chǎn)各環(huán)節(jié)全程機(jī)械化示范,以及取得的顯著成效。篩選出了一批在湘西煙區(qū)運(yùn)行狀況良好的農(nóng)機(jī)選型：育苗環(huán)節(jié),鄭州瑞豪科技有限公司動(dòng)力機(jī)具9YJ-45煙苗剪葉機(jī)；植保環(huán)節(jié),郴州市田野農(nóng)機(jī)服務(wù)有限公司的ST-102太陽能殺蟲燈,益陽大田的MF-16電動(dòng)噴霧器；運(yùn)輸環(huán)節(jié),衡陽衡拖的手扶拖拉機(jī)(湖南-124D)；煙田翻耕環(huán)節(jié),重慶嘉木的微耕機(jī)(機(jī)械型號(hào)：1WG6.3-105FC-Z)與長沙恒牛的田園管理機(jī)(機(jī)械型號(hào)：3WG-6)；中耕培土環(huán)節(jié),福建松溪(機(jī)械型號(hào)：3PT320)的培土機(jī)；烘烤環(huán)節(jié),長沙鑫迪(機(jī)械型號(hào)：YJ-1)的梳式煙夾。生產(chǎn)使用效果顯著：提高了機(jī)械化水平與規(guī)模,節(jié)約了勞動(dòng)力,降低了烤煙種植成本：減工降本成效顯著,作業(yè)率由原來的50%增加到現(xiàn)在的90%。四個(gè)環(huán)節(jié)每畝減少勞動(dòng)用工2.88個(gè),畝均節(jié)約用工成本345.6元,達(dá)到了減工降本的成效,提高了生產(chǎn)效率,增加了農(nóng)民的收入水平。農(nóng)機(jī)配套體系的建立：基地單元烤煙種植形成區(qū)域,挑選有素質(zhì)、服務(wù)水平高的人員,組建了一批高水平的專業(yè)化服務(wù)隊(duì)伍,建立了煙草合作社,農(nóng)機(jī)配套設(shè)施完備。示范運(yùn)行機(jī)械有實(shí)踐基礎(chǔ)、可操作性強(qiáng),為湘西地區(qū)煙田機(jī)械化發(fā)展提供了具體的選型與服務(wù),也為廣大的煙區(qū)煙田機(jī)械化提供了重要的參考依據(jù)。
[Abstract]:In this paper, the selection and operation of tobacco agricultural machinery in 2012 and the mechanization demonstration of tobacco leaf production in 2013 are described systematically. And the remarkable results have been obtained. A number of agricultural machinery selection in good operating condition in Xiangxi tobacco area have been selected: seedling raising link, power plant 9YJ-45 tobacco seedling cutting machine of Zhengzhou Ruihao Science and Technology Co., Ltd.; plant protection link, The ST-102 solar insecticidal lamp of Chenzhou Field Agricultural Machinery Service Co., Ltd., the MF-16 electric sprayer of Yiyang Field; the transportation link, the walking tractor of Hengyang Heng Heng towed (Hunan -124D); the tobacco field ploughing link, Chungking Jiagu's micro-ploughing machine (mechanical type: 1WG6.3-105FC-Z) and Changsha Hengniu's farm management machine (mechanical type: 3WG-6); middle tillage and soil cultivation link, Songxi, Fujian Province (mechanical type: 3PT320); baking link, Chang Sha Xindi (mechanical model: YJ-1) combed cigarette holder. The production and use effect is remarkable: increased the mechanization level and scale, saved labor force, reduced the planting cost of flue-cured tobacco. The work rate has increased from 50% to 90 now. The four links have reduced labor and labor by 2.88 per mu, and the cost of employment has been reduced by 345.6 yuan per mu. This has achieved the effect of reducing the cost of work and reducing costs, and has improved the efficiency of production. The income level of farmers has been increased. The establishment of a supporting system of agricultural machinery: the base unit has formed a region for planting flue-cured tobacco, selected personnel with quality and high service level, set up a group of high-level specialized service teams, and established a tobacco cooperative. The demonstration operation machinery is based on practice and has strong maneuverability. It provides specific selection and service for the development of tobacco field mechanization in Xiangxi area and provides an important reference basis for the mechanization of tobacco field in the vast number of tobacco areas.
