【摘要】：正蔬菜品種變化趨勢一直備受業(yè)界關(guān)注,同時也對我國蔬菜產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展具有巨大的指導意義。在該主題下,《中國蔬菜》于2017年3期首先采寫了我國重要的蔬菜作物番茄,本期將重點圍繞茄子深入展開。茄子是我國居民日常消費的重要蔬菜,2015年我國茄子種植面積80.6萬hm2(1 209萬畝),產(chǎn)量3 068萬t,分別占蔬菜種植總面積和總產(chǎn)量的3.7%和3.9%。與其他果菜類相比,茄子的品種類型十分豐富、地域性極強,隨著生產(chǎn)與消費市場的需求不斷變化,茄子品種的更迭速度也在加快。本期《中國蔬菜》專訪茄子種業(yè)的多位專家、企業(yè)代表,從生產(chǎn)市場需求角度來揭示我國茄子品種的變化趨勢。
[Abstract]:The trend of change of vegetable varieties has been concerned by the industry, and also has great guiding significance for the development of vegetable industry in China. Under this theme, "Chinese vegetables" first collected and written the important vegetable crop tomato in China on 2017. In 2015, the planting area of eggplant in China was 806,000 hm2(1 2.09 million mu, the yield was 30.68 million tons, accounting for 3.7% and 3.7% of the total vegetable planting area and total yield, respectively. 3.9. compared with other fruits and vegetables, The variety types of eggplant are very rich and the region is very strong. With the changing demand of the production and consumption market, the change rate of eggplant varieties is also accelerating. In this issue of "Chinese vegetables", we interviewed a number of experts and representatives of enterprises in the eggplant seed industry. The change trend of eggplant varieties in China is revealed from the point of view of production market demand.
