【摘要】：本文在對(duì)農(nóng)業(yè)保險(xiǎn)相關(guān)文獻(xiàn)梳理的基礎(chǔ)上,從借款人(農(nóng)戶)和貸款人(金融機(jī)構(gòu))雙方福利最大化的角度構(gòu)建模型,深入分析農(nóng)業(yè)保險(xiǎn)和農(nóng)戶信貸的內(nèi)在作用機(jī)理,并在此基礎(chǔ)上提出研究假設(shè),進(jìn)一步利用河南農(nóng)戶的調(diào)查數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行實(shí)證檢驗(yàn)。通過Logit回歸模型和Tobit回歸模型分析發(fā)現(xiàn),農(nóng)業(yè)保險(xiǎn)作為抵押品替代信號(hào)能夠有效緩解農(nóng)戶所受信貸配給,增加其信貸可得性和信貸額度。研究結(jié)論對(duì)更好的發(fā)揮銀�；�(dòng)融資功能,推進(jìn)農(nóng)村普惠金融服務(wù),切實(shí)解決農(nóng)村金融抑制問題具有現(xiàn)實(shí)指導(dǎo)意義。
[Abstract]:On the basis of combing the relevant documents of agricultural insurance, this paper constructs a model from the perspective of maximizing the welfare of both borrowers (farmers) and lenders (financial institutions), and deeply analyzes the internal mechanism of agricultural insurance and peasant household credit. On the basis of this, the research hypothesis is put forward, and the empirical test is carried out by using the survey data of Henan farmers. Through the analysis of Logit regression model and Tobit regression model, it is found that, As a signal of collateral substitution, agricultural insurance can effectively alleviate the credit rationing of farmers, increase its credit availability and credit line. It is of practical significance to solve the problem of rural financial suppression.
