【摘要】：結(jié)合新階段扶貧項(xiàng)目的重點(diǎn),即互助資金、特色優(yōu)勢(shì)產(chǎn)業(yè)開(kāi)發(fā)、實(shí)用技術(shù)和技能培訓(xùn)、農(nóng)村危房改造、異地扶貧搬遷和村組道路建設(shè)等,精準(zhǔn)扶貧的理論和機(jī)制創(chuàng)新方向需要作出新的調(diào)整。我們要本著把教育變成生產(chǎn)力的信念,為貧困地區(qū)帶去先進(jìn)的思想和實(shí)用的科學(xué)技術(shù);要以改變經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展理念為首要,轉(zhuǎn)變發(fā)展思路,充分利用地緣優(yōu)勢(shì)走產(chǎn)業(yè)扶貧之路。
[Abstract]:Combining the priorities of the poverty alleviation projects in the new stage, that is, mutual assistance funds, the development of industries with distinctive advantages, practical techniques and skills training, the transformation of dangerous houses in rural areas, the relocation of poverty relief from different places and the construction of villages and groups of roads, etc. We should bring advanced ideas and practical science and technology to poor areas in the belief of turning education into productive forces, and change the concept of economic development as our first priority. Change the train of thought of development, make full use of geographical advantages to take the road of industrial poverty alleviation.
